welcome to Mumu Math and Science in this video I'd like to talk about the photosynthesis equation photosynthesis is used by plants in order to produce glucose that is used for energy what is needed for photosynthesis includes carbon dioxide sunlight and water and what is made is oxygen and glucose the actual chemical equation on the left you have the reactants then you have an arrow telling you what is occurring and then you have the products on the left you have carbon dioxide plus water then over the arrow you have light then you have glucose as product plus oxygen if you look at the actual chemical reaction you have six co2's plus 6 H2O the arrow with light written on top if you would like six then you have glucose C6 h12 o6 and then finally you have 6 o2s so there we go the photosynthesis equation which is very important for plants to produce energy thanks for watching and Mumu math uploads new math and science video
