hello everyone welcome you all back today we are going to continue in our book ready to success grade 7 unit 7 hell food and exercise we are going to look through the fourth book and work for activities in lesson 3 is it good for you hope you will enjoy the class and if you are ready let's start have look at these two images fruit and vegetables only food and vegetables and the other one meatless meat less these two images are very important for vegetarian beer let's know what it means to be vegetarian we are going to read and understand information about being vegetarian and discuss vegetarian balancing diet meatless is very very important part of vegetarian diet because they don't eat meat at all they focus on vegetables and fruits so they eat only vegetables and put in their diet vegetarians are people who for many reasons don't eat meat some vegetarians don't eat any animals or fish people can be vegetarians because they don't like the taste of me or because they don't want to harm anime here there are two reasons why some people prefer to be vegetarian some of them they don't like their taste of meat some of them they don't want to hurt animals it can be problem to eat balanced diet or some vegetarian because meat is good source of protein and iron and our bodies need protein and iron we need protein to help our bodies grow also we need iron is used to move oxygen around our body so protein and iron are very very important for our health this means that vegetarians need to find another source for these nutrients in their diets luckily there are lots of foods made from plants that contain protein and ice so vegetarian people are people who don't eat meat so their diet has no protein and iron that we can get from meat because meat is good source of them so they have to find another source for these nutrients in their diet and there are lot of foods made from plants that can contain protein and eye now will answer some questions related to the text about vegetarians are going to read the text about vegetarians and answer their kitchen this is activity 1 in our course book what is vegetarian look at the first sentence and the text vegetarians are people who for many reasons don't eat meat this is the definition of vegetarians so vegetarian is person who doesn't eat meat here vegetarians are cooler but we have to answer the
