Good morning, and welcome. Welcome everybody to Prophecy Montana. And got my wife with me. She's She's worried about her hair. I'm my hair. Yeah, her hair looks Trying to iron it down. Her hair looks fine to me. But, yeah, better than my hair. haven't had haircut decent haircut in long long long long in ponytail, and then now it feels real weird when they put it down. And it's still wet. Yeah, she just got through rubbing bear grease in it, which is traditional for Native Americans. was just kidding. There's no bear grease. We don't have bear grease. Maybe coconut oil. Happy Sabbath to Redneck on Ted Pernar. Good morning, brother. How are you this morning? Growing relationship with God, that's our 2026 quarter quarterly. And we are in the second quarter, lesson number eight, having faith. And, we're going to say quick prayer, and we're going to get started right away, guys. Heavenly Father, we thank you for this opportunity to come before you and worship corporately with your people, Father. We just ask that you will illuminate the scriptures for us and open them up so that we can understand. In your name we pray. Amen. All right. Memory text is Hebrew 1 or excuse me, 11:1. Now, of all of the scriptures in the Bible, you know, there's of course John 3:16. Everybody should know that one by heart, right? You know, Hebrews 11:1 is another one that we should really have memorized by now. And it's the, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Of course, in the new literal translation or whatever that is, the NLT, the faith shows the reality of what we hope for. It is the evidence of things we cannot see. So, what does that mean, exactly? The whole book of He- well, the whole chapter of Hebrews 11 goes through the faith and what it means to have faith. And faith is stepping out in God's promise. That's very important to make that distinction cuz if you're not stepping out in God's promise, it's not faith, it's presumption. If we presume that God said something when he didn't, if we presume that you know and we've talked about faith and presumption before, but like to hammer it home because there's too many people out there still that still think that presumption is faith and it's not. So, we cannot presume upon the mercy of God. We cannot presume upon anything. You know, but if God says it, then that's faith, that's not presumption. That's going on promise of God. So, when we walk forward in faith, we're walking forward in thus saith the Lord and we're guaranteed to have results because God is moved by our faithfulness. think the lesson somewhere in the lesson said that we can have walk with Jesus, but we don't necessarily have faith or something like hate sentences like that. absolutely hate sentences like that. What was that? Like Monday or something or Tuesday maybe. don't know. Maybe it was always do this. read something and then try to go back and find it. Now, if you keep the law, it's been said before that if we keep the law, we can still be lost even though that we're keeping the law and they quote usually that one quote that where Jesus had met with the rich young ruler and the the remember Jesus says, "If thou will enter into life, keep the commandments." And then the rich young ruler asked which ones. Jesus mentioned the last six commandments. And the ruler rich young ruler said, "This I've done from my youth. What yet do lack?" And he knew he was lacking something. Jesus says, "Okay. Well, sell all that thou hast and follow me and you'll have treasures in heaven." His problem was coveting. His covetousness of his riches. But people will quote that verse and they'll say, "Well, see this rich young ruler was keeping all the commandments." No, he wasn't. Nope, he was breaking one of them. He was putting his riches above God. He was breaking one of the fourth commandments, one of the first four commandments. And Jesus promised him that he would have riches in heaven. That would have If he would have followed Jesus at that moment, that would have been by faith. And Jesus probably would have even multiplied what he had here on earth after he had gotten through selling everything. don't know. But he had made his possessions above God. So, he had made them an idol. And it doesn't always mean possessions like things you own. It's also possessions where you find your possessions in your mind, too. It might have been girlfriend or that someone that he knew wouldn't go along with him. mean, it it's it just says possessions. But and even though she's not possession You know, you know what mean? Mhm. It could be other reasons, too. There's many facets of reasons why people don't move. Mhm. So. Mhm. Yeah, we were talking about that little bit last night, actually. Yeah, it could it could be family members that are holding us back. Yep. Yep. You know, was looking on my Facebook and there was there was reasons why you shouldn't move to Montana. One of them was too high of insurance because wrecking here is reality. mean, you're going to wreck. Carey hasn't wrecked yet. He's went into the ditch with his truck few times, but no no like head-ons or nothing like that. Well, ask Damian. It's not wrecking if you can get yourself out. But the point is the insurance companies are very high here, and he was like, it was like three times." Beliefs can be possessions, too. Yeah, that's right, Damian. Yeah, you hang on to that pet belief like it's something precious, and you fail to not let it go. That's That is possession. Yeah, belief. like that. Well, the lesson here in Sunday says, "Maybe you've heard it. If could just see the Red Sea parted or the manna on the ground or Jesus heal blind man, would would believe." Or perhaps you've had those same kind of thoughts yourself. On the other hand, why should it be easier for us now to have faith than it was for them in ancient Bible times? The Israelites didn't known whole Bible, nor did they have such long history to look back on as we do. Moses reinforced importance of looking back in order to remember God's leading and goodness. Okay? yeah, it's not stuck if you get yourself out, Damian says. So. Yeah. Yeah. got stuck in my Jeep once. know you're going to hate to hear that, but did get myself out. Yeah. It was whiteout, and drove right into ditch. Couldn't see where was going. My neighbor just had to go to town, and so drove him, and we ran into ditch. But didn't freak out and just hit the gas everybody knows well, practically nobody knows that if you try to peel out in the snow, all you're doing is making ice. So, you have to rock in such way where you're not breaking traction. So, you have to be very gentle and you go as you go back and forth you get that snow, that imprint of your tire packed down tighter and tighter and tighter and you get little bit more traction every time you rock back as long as you don't break traction. As soon as you spin that tire, you're done. So, but in mud, you got to goose it. Am wrong? Anyways, all right, even Jesus even in Jesus' time they wanted sign, right? And so, he said that it only an evil and perverse generation would seek sign. Now, why is that? What does that even mean? you can't be lost if you're keeping the law. Thank you. The rich young ruler broke the first several commandments, have no other gods, no idols, take no God's name in vain. He was He was number one in his own eyes. Yes, heaven soon. And very few people nowadays and even you know, it's so sad. You you you bring that verse up and you try to explain it in front of people and they're looking at you with blank looks in their eyes. Like they don't know what you're saying. But but hate those sentences. You can keep God's law, but you still can't you know, you can still be lost. No, you can't. Because Jesus said that if you keep my law there's if if you if thou will be perfect, keep my law. He says if thou will enter into eternal life, keep my law. It says right there in Revelations that those that keep the law of God will will have eternal life. So, over and over and over again, we get this theme. Keep God's law, have eternal life. Now, all of sudden people are saying, well, you can keep the law, but you can't you don't have eternal life. You can't have walk with Jesus without faith. Like the lesson said here. hate those sentences because that's confusing. Then they think and then then that gets people into this other worldly realm of trying to figure things out. Like there's some special hidden understanding behind what God's word is saying. It's not. It's very simple. There's There's something very basic about God's word and we need to understand that. Babes can understand it. God's confused the wisdom of the wise. The so-called wise. People who are wise in their own eyes. Do we argue with Jesus and test him as he did the Pharisees as did the Pharisees? Do we make him deep side deeply in his spirit? Mark 8:12 is what they're giving us here. And he sighed deeply in his spirit and saith, "Why do Why doth this generation seek after sign? Verily say unto you, there shall no sign be given unto this generation." Now, the ones who seek after sign, they didn't believe anyways. No amount of signs are going to make these people believe. They're locked in. They are mocking the faith when they say these things. yeah? Well, if you be the son of God, take yourself off the cross then. You saved others, but you can't save yourself." They didn't know what they were asking for. They're asking for sign of strength when the greatest sign of strength was right in front of them where the son of God, the highest, became the lowest and died for us. He gave them sign. He told them that Lazarus would be raised up and they would still wouldn't believe and the brother still wouldn't believe. How mean, how much more does one need? And Lazarus was dead long enough that his body began to decompose. That's amazing you think about it. And if you see someone, you know, and I'm sure people had their excuses. Pharaoh had his excuses when the plagues hit Egypt. That these plagues were somehow conjured by they were conjured up by some other magical means outside of God's providence. So, and looks like Eliza's joined us. Good morning. and Yaritza Zendura Good morning. Anyways, that's Eliza, think. think that's what Eliza's telling us there. Yeah, daughter's cell phone. Got you. Okay. Yep. Okay. thought that's what you're going to say, but didn't want to jump ahead. do me favor and stop using the word hate. You shouldn't hate. It's waste of emotion. Thank you. Yeah, you know, you're right. believe using the word allows hate believe that using the word allows hate to be in your heart. Don't hate. It's silly. know, but Yeah. No, those are good practices. mean, words. They do mean something, and we should learn how to speak correctly. was just telling Carrie that on our way to work one day. when you're when you're born in native culture, they hold the baby up high, and they say live long, long, long life. And the Indians that the native Indians that were in the prairie, they really did live long lives, unless they were you know, went to war or something. But, lot of them lived to really, really old age, and they didn't they were temperate. They ate lot of herbs, and and they you know, they were just real temperate with everything they did. But, this native man came on, and he said he said people now, they sit there and say all the time, "Not they say cliches like "Not if croak." Or "I'll see you or maybe not." And and they just say all these weird things. Like, "Well, my life's practically up." You know, and and you're not supposed to think like that. That's Western way of thinking. You're supposed to say, "I'm going to live long time." And and in fact, don't even really think about it, but take as good care of your body as you can. And quit rehearsing for the hearse, you know? Rehearsing for the hearse. Just Just live and and just Rehearsing. Just Yeah, enjoy enjoy life and and and take it simple and take it day-by-day and do the best you can each to the glory of God and don't know. I'm just I'm just looking at people and the way they they talk all the time. so, don't know. Do talk like that? no. Yeah, do. And hi. Hurt the daughter's beautiful the little little picture. Liza's daughter. Yeah. what do we learn from the faith of this account? hang on here. How did Jesus describe his disciples' faith in Mark 4:40? Let's go to Mark 4:40 here. And he said unto them, "Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?" Okay. and then again here in Matthew, we read Matthew 15:21 through 28. Then Jesus went thence and departed into the coast of Tyre and Sidon. And behold, woman of Canaan came out of the same coast and cried unto him, saying, "Have mercy on me, Lord, thou son of David. My daughter is grievously vexed with the devil." But he answered her not word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, "Send her away, for she crieth after us." But he answered and said, am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Then she came and worshipped him, saying, "Lord, help me." But he answered and said, "It is not meat to take the children's bread and cast it to the dogs." And she said, "Truth, Lord, yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their master's table." Then Jesus answered and said unto her, woman, great is thy faith." "Be it unto thee even as thou wilt." And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. Wow. Now, this interaction has been criticized lot by people because he sounds like he's being really mean to this woman, but it was for the benefit of his disciples that he did this. And to show them what not only true faith looked like, but this persistence of this lady that kept on him. And also the fact that he was sent to the house of Israel to convert the house of Israel first and primarily to go out and to convert the world. This is lesson that God has come to convert the church to go out then and then convert the world. And it's the same set of scenarios. Heaven soon is put here. Luke 16:30-31, and he said, "Nay, Father Abraham, but if one went unto them from the dead, they will not repent." And he said to him, "If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded Yeah, if someone is rose risen from the dead." Yeah. When he spoke of Lazarus, and himself. Last week's lesson mentioned that our faith in God is based on his record, not what we see or we believe. Mhm. Well, Hi, Tracy. not what we see here, we believe Well, it is kind of what we Well, it's what we choose to see. Okay, here's here's the thing. Now, signs should have the effect. They should have the effect on us, right? They should have converting effect on us, but they don't. Why? Because we choose not to see it. With eyes we cannot see, with ears we cannot hear. And even though it's so obvious what's taking place, we refuse it because we are at variance with God and we refuse to submit to him. And this is the problem. When when these heathens or Jews or they were heathen Jews were shown signs or where they were asking for signs, what they were really doing is just mocking Jesus. Yeah, you know, when someone comes up to you and say, yeah, you're Christian? Well, you know, it says in the Bible that you can move mountains if you have faith of mustard seed, so let me see you move mountain." That's mockery. It is, yeah. And they're mocking what is being offered to them. And I'm sure it's influenced by the devils because now what we see what the faithful see is converting thing. Now, we see what others can't see. Why? Because we choose to see it. When we look in the word of God, there's something in there that grabs us that when we go and excitedly try to show other people because we've seen something very special, they don't see it. They don't understand it. They're like, "What is this crazy man talking about? He's all frothing at the lips." And don't even know one word of what he just said to me. You mean you're excited to share the world something that they can't see, they refuse to see. God speaks to us expressly through his spirit because we've opened our hearts up to him. So, signs mean something to us. They matter. What we see and what we hear actually does build our faith. It won't the wicked, of course, but it certainly does the righteous. And the the problem And good morning, Tracy. don't think might have missed you there. Good morning, Tracy Brunson. And yeah. All right. let's go and continue on here. You saying hello. All right. So, we read about the man who came to Jesus so that Jesus would cast demon out of his son, but who could only must who could only muster up enough faith to say, "Lord, believe. Help my unbelief." Well, that's an incredibly insightful sentence that was said there. believe help my help thou my unbelief. In In other words, yeah, believe that you can give me whatever it takes to believe enough to have the faith. Yeah. That's that small grain of faith. And And that's exactly the sentence that we should be using with Jesus. believe help thou my unbelief. he was being humble before Jesus, and he was also trying to cover his bases that okay, it is faith. understand. We We We need faith. may lack the faith that's needed to activate God's power. Please help me have that kind of faith to activate your power, Lord. That moved Jesus. He He responded to that, and that's great thing to approach Jesus with, think. In each of these interactions, Jesus noticed people's faith or lack thereof and performed miracles as result of that faith in order to strengthen it. Though the Holy Spirit prompts us to believe the enemy of the souls wants us to doubt or dismiss God's involvement in our life. Well, it's more than just belief, isn't it? Obviously, because the devils believe and they tremble, right? Philippians 2:13. think should know that one. Can you look that up real quick, Lisa? Philippians 2:13. It feels like should know that. will after she reads it. I'm sure I'll remember it. Says the unbelief which is cherished in the soul has Okay, the unbelief which is cherished in the soul, this is the words of Ellen White, faith and works. The unbelief which is cherished in the soul has bewitching power. Do you hear that? The seeds of doubt that they have been sowing will produce their harvest, but they must continue to dig up every root of unbelief. When these poisonous plants are pulled up, they cease to grow for want of nourishment in word and action. The soul must have the precious plants of faith and love put in the soul of the heart and enthroned there. Six grade education, was it? Six grade education, that's all she had. And what beautiful words. Go ahead, Lisa. Okay, so it was Philippians 2:13. It says, "For it is God who worketh in you both to his will and to do his good pleasure." Excellent. having son, love that. My mom used to say, one time think had the baby blues and called her up and said, don't have job. live way out in the middle of nowhere. can't even buy anything. I'm so poor." And all this stuff and she goes, want you to pull yourself together and get in that kitchen and tell me what you see." And the first thing went in there, said, "Dirty dishes and dirty clothes." She goes, "Stop right there. You got dirty dishes. That means you're eating." Not what wanted to hear, but it made me laugh. was like crying laughing and even got mad at her. You know, was going to say, this morning cuz I've been failing on my diet, because put it up to 18, 18 hours not eating, and started failing. And, anyways, so what happened is it seems to adjust itself by the time you push the button to eat. That means would have to get up at 5:00 and eat, and I'm asleep at 5:00. So, if you push it too soon, you obviously get to eat sooner. If you push it later, you get to eat way later, but I'm already cooking for you and Levi, and I'm obviously eating with you guys. So, was looking at different diets, and there's thousands of diets out there in the US, and in the US news, too. they've been tracking around 40 to five major distinct diet plans and stuff like that. But, they said the Mediterranean diet is great because it emphasizes on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, olive oil, fish, things like that. The DASH diet is, top of the charts for heart health, which is restricted sodium and only emphasizes on whole food diet whole foods to effectively lower your blood pressure. Then, you got the vegetarian and the vegan, which is the third in the world. It lowers stroke, blood pressure, diabetes, helps your mind, stuff like that. It says do take vitamin B12 iron. The flexitarian obviously and it goes on but then they got the worst ones, too. was looking at that one. And that is the carnivore, the keto, and the Dukan Dukan diets. Which you already know what the carnivore, you know what the ketogenic, the keto diet. It's just carbohydrate restrictions. That's what our body runs off of is carbohydrates and now they're not taking any. And then of course they just do mainly butters and whatever else. The Dukan diet is protein focused. Anyways, it goes on. They even put this one in here which can kind of see but it doesn't make any sense. Master cleanse juice fads where it's just nothing but juicing. They're saying that that could kill you over time. don't believe that though. But anyways. Well, it's funny what people what what people rest on. Like you were just saying like the carbohydrates. Now you're right. The brain operates on sugars. They're telling us to quit eating sugars. Now refined sugars of course are bad for us. don't think they're as bad for us as they say but nevertheless anything refined is not as good as the parent package. Pick up lines? by the way, good morning Double mechanics. So just wanted to Good morning. mention that. but yeah, so you got these carbohydrates these carbohydrate poor diets and people well, they claim they think better but don't think so because by the looks of the world and lot of us are on carb-free diets. People are getting dumber by the day. Overall, corporately, we're just Well, there's lot of reasons for it. So Yeah. wanted to add this just really quick. So, me and Carrie have been taking this clay volcanic clay. And this clay is supposed to cleanse all the heavy metals out of your body and everything like that. Well, we have been feeling terrible. We've had headaches. Yesterday, had my shades on and kept blocking the sun out from the sides of my eyes. They felt real bruised and anyways, was think I've been detoxing and just feel crummy. really feel bad. Cuz usually go in hot sauna, drink gallon of water, sweat, sweat, but this is something different. This is pulling the heavy metals out and I've I've been feeling terrible. But know will feel better after while. yeah, we're going to feel absolutely great. Eliza's back on her phone. Hi, Eliza. Okay. So, buddy. So, well, your phone must have been occu- occupied. So, or maybe it was charging. So, you prayed about something for long time, maybe even years, and it feels as if God hasn't heard your prayers. the Bible tells us to ask and it shall be given unto you. Matthew 7:7, if we ask anything according to his will, what is your understanding of these promises? Okay, so let's go to 1 John 5:14 here. And this is the confidence that we have in him that if we ask anything according to his will, he will hear us. Okay, and of course let's read the whole chapter here. Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God. And everyone that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. Notice how it's starting out here. It's got foundation it's building on. That's why lot of times when we read just one verse can throw us off. But this we know that we love the children of God when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God that we keep His commandments and His commandments are not grievous. Three times it says commandments. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world. It's called repentance. And this is the victory that overcometh the world even our faith. Very simple. Keep the commandments. Well, I'm not keeping commandments. Well, repent and start keeping them. And enter into eternal life. That's what Jesus told everybody. Commandments won't save you. Only Jesus can. Why are you keeping the commandments? To follow Jesus. Why else would you keep them? There's no other reason in the whole wide world why you'd want to keep the commandments other than to follow Jesus. For heavens to Betsy. mean, the last six the the the young rich young ruler rule ruler followed and just about everybody in the whole wide world follows the last six, you know, give or take. It's the first four that we have trouble with. That's our love to God. So. Anyways. Who is he that overcometh the world but he that believeth that Jesus is the son of God? Right? You're overcoming the world. The evidence of that is keeping the commandments. This is he that came by water and blood even Jesus Christ not by water only but by water and blood and it is the spirit that beareth witness because the spirit is truth. For there are three that bear the record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and Holy Ghost and these three are one. And there are three that bear the witness in the earth, the spirit, the water, and the blood and these three agree in one. If we receive the witness of man, the witness of God is greater. For this is the witness of God which he had testified of His son. Yeah, it was the prophecies of old. If you believe that, you'll believe me. I'm the son. Not me, but Jesus. He that believeth on the son of God hath the witness in himself. He that believeth not God hath made him liar because he believeth not the record that God gave of his son. And this is the record that God had given us eternal life and this life is in his son. He that hath the son hath life and he that hath not the son hath not life. Is that clear? Plain and simple. Jesus is the only way to the throne. You can't bypass Jesus. These things have written unto you that believe on the name of son of God that ye may know that ye have eternal life and that ye may believe on the name of the son of God and this is the confidence that we have in him that if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us. And if we know that he hears us whoever whatsoever we ask, we know that we have petitions that we desired of him. Goes on if any man see his brother in sin, sin which is not under death, he shall ask and he shall give him life for them that sin not under death. There is sin under death. do not say that he shall pray for it. That's an interesting statement. That needs to be broke down in of itself. We don't have time for that one. All unrighteousness is sin and there is sin not unto death. We know that whatsoever is born of God sinneth not. But he that is begotten of God keepeth himself and that wicked one touches them not. Anyways, it goes on and on. So, And Damien has reminded us, Joe has been nutrition and health coach for over 30 years now. You have amazing resources that you never use. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. do that. Yeah, we need to we need to get together more often, don't we? Is what think what my brother's trying to say. Yeah. And think Tracy's absolutely right. looked that up, that word. And have all that. feel like crud. Well, and it looks like Heaven Scent's buying their veggies from Amish. So, no pesticides. If the corn has worm in it, that's good sign. know people get it's got worm. don't want." No, hey, if it's good for the worm, it's good for you. Get that worm out of there. Take it Take over. You're bigger than that worm. Don't let that worm scare you. Sounds like you're having the detox symptoms, aka you just You just kind of commented on that. The green clay does not cause headaches, in my experience. Within 6 weeks of taking it every morning, my falling my failing hip healed and has stayed healthy, whereas my cousin and brother both had surgery. Wow, wow, wow. mean, we've been given We've been given these these things, and we need to share them with the world. valuable information. Now, again, the question is, you've prayed about something for long time, maybe even years, and it feels like God hasn't heard your prayers. Now, there's couple of reasons for that. Maybe you're not praying according to God's will, number one. Eliza don't like worms. She had crisis with frog last night. It hopped in her house. Different people are scared of different things. You know, I'm scared of spiders. scream like little girl if Yeah, so, frogs don't bother me. Spiders, on the other hand, that's whole different whole different thing. Okay, when truly reborn of God, you don't want to sin. Well, here's the thing. We spend time with God. It's simple. Spend time with God, and our will to want to sin dissipates. It disappears over time. You have to fight it. It's battle. The flesh will always be here so long as we are living in in these bodies that haven't been translated yet. Once we're translated, all of that propensity to sin goes away. We're only living in righteousness. We won't want to sin. In fact, we'll forget what sin is. Okay? She's been certified for years. Her research levels make the rest of us look like Kenny Gardeners. wow. Free po- protein. the frog grows. No, no, the worm. Yeah. don't worry, slept good with my mouth open. No toads entered. He was hopping That was tree frog, little cute tree frog. Yeah. Yeah. miss miss frogs. actually bought one yesterday, Eliza, at antique store. It was called the Rusty Bucket, and it was right next to the L&F store. ran in there and just to check it out with Carrie's credit card, looking around. What can buy? What can buy? And they found little toad. It was little ceramic toad. It was so cute. have it. showed Carrie. And he he's oblivious to where it came from, who paid for it, or anything. Hello. Good night. It is cute though, Yeah. Well, guess. Not now. Yeah, it's less cute now. All right. So, Hannah is an example of devoted woman who prayed for something very specific, okay? At first, it seemed that God did not answer her prayers, but she persisted and God did answer in his perfect time and according to his will. Sometimes, the waiting depends on walk with God as we learn to trust him more. Now, Hannah prayed according to the will of God. Now, you say, "How?" Did she just make that up in her own head? Did she just make it up in her own head that she should be fruitful and bear son? No. She knew that that it was God's will that all women should be fruitful, especially his people, especially his chosen people. And she she banked on that promise. She stood on that promise, and she didn't give up because she knew that God would answer it. That's the difference, okay? We're not talking about an arbitrary prayer that she just wished with her fingers both crossed and her toes crossed, too, that God would somehow answer that in time. That's not how that works. She knew that God would answer it. She knew that she was praying for something that God would give her. God gave her something so much more than she asked for because of her faithfulness. He made her an example for nations to come. She gave birth to great prophet, you know, that would Yeah. Well, what was going to say is is Carrie it was it was woman's duty to have children back then. Exactly. Nowadays it's not, but but then it was. Well, listen. God's God's will changes with the times. Yeah. But, you know, that's why that's why some of these big large families are really cool to see in order, you know? They're out there raking. One'll be mowing. The girls'll be inside making cookies. mean, we see lot of Amish. We see lot of Mennonites. We see lot of Dutch. They do the same thing. And it's kind of cool. We know personally guy that's Garrett's age or youngest son's age. He's already got six children. mean, they're young right now, but it's going to be kind of cool to see them when they get older. But, no, probably should've just just had couple or one. Well, listen. Praying But for for woman back then to pray for children Yeah. was the equivalent of like me praying for work to provide for my family. Yeah. It it was That was selfless thing. It was passing on her husband's genetics. It was It was giving him something. That was selfish selfless request from Hannah to do this thing. And not only that, but you know, mean, there there might have been little bit of selfishness in there because her the other wife was enjoying children and Hannah wasn't. So Elkanah Elkanah, yeah, whatever her name was. Yeah. Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane prayed for God to remove the cup and in his weakness, but stated nevertheless not my will, but yours, given God permission to overpass our will. You know, that's actually pretty insightful. hadn't ever thought of it in that particular way. But, you know, when when we pray those prayers, nevertheless not my will, but God's will, because God honors our will, even though if it's to our destruction, he can't violate our will. He cannot violate our conscience. He cannot violate anything that that that is forced. The The devil will force all the time. He'll force things in front of us. He'll force temptations on us. He'll He'll force circumstances that just terrible things will happen. But, God on the other hand doesn't do that. But, when we give him permission, then his will can be taken taken charge of over our will, which our will is just going to get us in trouble. There's house with bunch of pythons on the way to work. and warning signs posted. don't think it's ever had anything stolen. Whereas all the other properties around it has. There was video the other day was watching about the high IQ of jumping spider and their problem-solving skills. They're pretty cute. mean, this one little well, don't know. hate even talking about them. Gross. Here am talking good about spiders. Carrie's got powder everywhere for bugs. What's that stuff called? No, that's for your grasshoppers outside. Yeah. put that for your grasshoppers. Yeah, that's seven dust. Yeah. just put tiny bit around the edge of your your spearmint. Anyways, he's he's really into no bugs. Well, no. mean, some bugs are good. But grasshoppers eat your Well, did it for you, yeah, you did. Cuz have lettuce out there and there's holes in it and have spinach, there's holes in it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, put it where seen most of the grasshoppers hanging. Yeah, yeah. But we don't really eat the spearmint. So, it's, you know, Well, actually do, but Yeah, but put it on the back ones and not the front ones. Okay. Yeah, so you can eat those all you want. Seven dust, will that make you sick? No. Well, you can rinse it off and it's just fine. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, not like some of the other ones. So, we bought juicing crops from the Amish because of the vast amount required, but we actually grow majority of our own vegetables and fruits in the summer. Yeah. Mhm. Hezekiah prayed for extended life. God gave him 15 years and he had Manasseh. Manasseh. diatomaceous earth Yeah. Yeah, well, we do have diatomaceous earth and we can't find it. Yeah, well, yeah, agree with Damien. Let's use that instead of Sevin Dust cuz we were looking for that. We couldn't find it. okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we can sprinkle that everywhere. That won't hurt That won't harm us at all. No. Yeah, so we can sprinkle that all liberally all over the garden. That'll get rid of those turkeys. Okay, on Tuesday it says Jesus teaches us how to pray. And the disciples saw Jesus pray and they knew that prayer was vital part of his life. They watched Jesus as they saw contrast from the religious leaders and realized that there was so much more to prayer than that they had actually ever considered. So, the disciples came to Jesus asking, "Lord, teach us to pray." And that's Luke 11. if we get it in the soil and you cannot rinse it off, come on, bro. You know better than that. Yeah. Yeah, that's right. just use tiny tiny tiny bit whenever it's super necessary. And don't know if you guys know this, but grasshoppers are really big problem in Montana. and guess it has been for you know, all the way back to history. historical times. and so we have chickens and that's big part of the reason why we have chickens is to eat those grasshoppers. They do keep them down. But we'll have thousands of hoppers all over the garden and they will destroy things. Damien, need you to come up and take care of Carrie for me. Slap him hard. can't do it. Yeah, right. Well, Yeah, when are you going to come visit us, brother? And probably when he Probably when he gets break from his from his hectic work week. Watch your mouth, Carrie. Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth. Okay. And it goes on to describe the prayer. why not pray more and turn your face to God each morning to talk to the one who loves you more than any other. What's stopping you from doing this as you know you should? Pray right now as Jesus has invited us to. Arachnophobia, yeah. am arachnophobic. So, turn the video on me. It took me 5 and 1/2 seconds. Well, why can't you find that the other day? You're acting all like you like you don't know what I'm talking about, but both of us were looking for that. It's right here. It's I'm I'm by my plant. Yeah, diatomaceous earth. Healthier. Yeah, it is. You can eat that stuff, you know. Yeah, mhm. Yeah, so that's kind of what I'm feeding you now. Well, actually it's it's green volcano clay. So, it's supposed to be for heavy metals. Mhm. Yeah. And then that's why we're sick. Well, I'm thinking way clearer. Yeah. don't know if that had anything to do with it. all kinds of stuff out. My eyes were they they ached. like was like, want to go home." Carrie's like, "Well, we got to finish out the day of working." I'm like, want to go home." had the lights turned off. Lights hurt my eyes. Yeah. My walking all this week ceased cuz cuz was real irritated and and my body hurt. But at least I'm I'm feeling better today. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. Yes, they saw the difference between Jesus and the religious people. and the religious leaders' prayers, the Lord the Lord's prayer begins with the Our Father. How beautiful. Yes. Yes, yes, yes. to address God properly, right? With the proper sincerity and with the proper humility and with with with an acknowledgement of who he is. And Heaven soon says grasshoppers will take out an entire potato crop, even on the East Coast. They're nasty. Yeah. They're terrible. Now, between the deer and the grasshoppers, we have quite battle on our hands. It says chicken eggs will have an orange colored yolks if they free-range and eat tons of bugs. I've got to tell you this. You know that green eggs and ham on that in that Dr. Seuss One time had chickens and and my mom says, "Well, don't don't feed them. Just let them graze." And they were eating tons of grass. Their eggs came out green. The yolks were green. Wow. know. Cuz of the grass? Yeah, was throwing heads of lettuce and stuff like that for them and and things like that. Who's that preacher that said don't know how black cow can eat green grass and make white milk. yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But God works those things out. But if apparently you're chicken and you eat too much green grass, you're going to have green egg. It's so cool though. Yeah, that is cool. Careful with the clay. It can pull beneficial minerals out also. Don't stay on for too long. Short burst diatomaceous earth can be supplemented supplemented more. It's just silica and can bring with and can bind with toxins and kill parasites. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Yeah, we're doing that. We're doing 10-day this clay that she got and Says use it for 10 days. We've done it for four. four. Yeah. don't have headache this morning. Yeah. don't either, but my eyes feel achy still. Yeah, don't love chickens that eat my crops and they fly over the fence just to take out my lettuce. Well, and that's the reason for, you know, using the Seven Dust very carefully out there is because our chickens, obviously, if we turn them loose in the greenhouse, would just completely chew every piece of lettuce and kale out there right now. snipper beaks. They snip everything. So, had pole beans and they were supposed to go climb up our pole and across our our way. But, they just they snip They don't even taste. They just snip everything they see. They see something, they just they scissor it in half. They're rotten little things, but they're so cute. We have two worthless little silkies. Like, what are we really going to get out of this year? They're all furry. The wind's blowing them around out there. They're weathering storm. They're yard ornament. They are. Yeah. They are so cute. Yeah. But, yeah. Not very useful for much. No. Liza says, "Better than toads. They're demonic." told her about our our fat little toad out there. He's so fat, he can't even jump. it chirps and then it peed all over Carrie. Yeah. They're big here. it's cute though. Yeah, they are cute. They chirp and they would used to have whole bunch when had my trough out here. They were all around it and underneath it, but since then moved my trough out in the front to put carrots in it. But, don't see them in the greenhouse anymore. Yeah, well, we They used to scare me. would jump 6 ft high. And it would be on one of those things. They They jump and move real weird and their skin looks weird. Yeah. Get ducks. They won't eat your plants. Well, actually, you know, in Asia, they use ducks as pest control. That's true. And it's so cute. Like, they'll take these trucks full of these ducks and they turn them out and they're in single files. And they'll go right into the fields of the rice paddies and they'll go through there and eat every last bug. And at the end of the day just mean they're used to the routine. They open the truck door, single file they all go back in, march back in there. And then they take them home and they all march right back into their little their little cages and go to sleep again. It's cutest thing ever. But The black silkies lay bluish color egg. We got Is ours black or is is ours like gray? Ours are gray. Well, we They wouldn't don't have the permanent feathers yet, but think they're like silver or gray. Okay. They could be black. Because there was caramel color and then there was this color. So Well, remember like the silkies had like green eggs, you know, like the green shells. Yeah. got two Wyandottes or Wyandottes. and then got then got I'm trying to think of the other, but have seven altogether. Two silkies. had three, one died. and then but anyways like the diversity. Mhm. The red stars were the best laying chickens ever saw in my life. They'd have two eggs day each chicken. But they were real aggressive and mean and horrible to each other and and so They were like the equivalent of an Africanized honeybee. They were really They were really terrible. They were pecking pecking the other chickens apart and they were really aggressive. So went with the lesser aggressive chicken, but the silkies are my favorite. They are wordless tiny and fragile and cute. They're like having poodle. They're pretty cute though. Okay, so Heaven sent us can't use seven already had Asian orange poison in my water supply. So only totally or totally organic foods can't eat s- store frozen veggies either. Yeah. All right. All right. I'll quit using Seven Dust. use just tiny tiny tiny little bit every now and then. Heaven sakes. Thank you. I'm going to I'm going to brought this out so Carrie can use it. Okay. All right. Here we go. So, Thursday, why pray when God already knows is the question. Why should we pray when God is all knowing? EGW explains it like this. Quote, I'll put that there so you guys know where she begins. Not that it is necessary in order to make known to God what we are, but in order to enable us to receive him. Prayer does not bring God down to us, but God brings us up to him. think that we read that in last week's lesson. That's the Steps to Christ, page 93. Indeed, God knows our desire and our needs, and he reads every intent of our hearts. Yet, praying is good for us. It invites us to stop amid the rush in our lives to pause and acknowledge that God is sovereign above all, and to place ourselves at his feet. Avenues might also be opened for God to act when we invite him in to do so. The Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we don't know how to pray as we should. Romans 8:26-27. The Spirit makes utterances, right? Translates our prayers. We're little heathenistic animals, and we're praying to holy God, so it has to have this intercessory agency that translates it and sends it to God. Otherwise, it would be rejected cuz our words are they don't carry the holiness that needs to happen to come before holy God. We don't understand what vast contrast there is sometimes between us and heaven. It's mind-boggling. And people must think that their words People that do think that their words are precious enough by themselves to ascend up to God are being foolish in their thoughts. You know, we no matter how eloquent our prayers become we're still unholy creatures. We're unclean and nothing unclean can enter into the holy presence of holy God. So, that's what the translating process is all about. And we have to understand that that's how filthy we are and that's how much of an in need of cleansing that we really need. So, Buff Orp- Orp- Orp- Orpingtons are very docile and loving. Yes, so those are those Those are those Yeah, yeah, yeah, the little red ones. can't see. It's backwards on there. do love them. The only The only thing is is don't want to introduce any more chickens because don't they peck each other apart when No, no, no, no, we can't No, we got what we got. That's Yeah, we're not doing that again. do chick or mean might do couple ducks. That would be kind of cool. Yeah, ducks are fine. Messy. You know, we have lot lot of wild turkeys around here. And you know, we have those prairie chickens. had no idea. They just look like rounded chicken with short tail and and then all of the sudden their ribs go out and then this leather thing comes out and they go It's really cool. I've never never seen anything like it. Of course, we have pheasants flying everywhere, so but I'm sorry. No. No, that's Yeah, I'm just sitting over here just reading, figuring out what I'm going to say next. But We pray when all is well, {question mark} or why pray when all is well? Self-sufficiency and pride. That would be one of the biggest reasons, wasn't it? Isn't it? Can be one of the greatest barriers to strong prayer life. If we'd only realize how much we need God, we'd come to him much more. If perfect angels adore and worship him, why why should we as sinful humans think we are in less need? Gives us two two verses there, Matthew 5:6, Isaiah 44:3. Let's look up the Isaiah one. like Isaiah. For will pour water upon him that is thirsty and floods upon the dry ground. will pour my spirit upon thy seed and my blessing upon thine offspring. What great promise. and Hebrews 11:6 here. For without faith it is impossible to please him for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is rewarder of them that diligently seek him. And that's why said, listen, when you when you if you are follower of Jesus, then you indeed have faith. All men have been given measure of faith by God, so we are without excuse. Men are without excuse. When say men, mean mankind, right? And so man is without excuse. We have nature that gives us evidence of the creation of God, right? We can't look upon nature and study it independently without coming to that conclusion. There has to be creator. It's all design. There's information put in all DNA, right? And that information is decides what we all look like. That's information placed in there. And and this is so cool when you really look into it, but that information was placed back in Adam and Eve, our father and our mother of all living humans today. And through that process, all those genetics were originally in them in the beginning that have been passed on that have made to be eternal. The genetics in man is made to be eternal. Yet, it's it's diminishing. But, the interesting thing is there's these unseen agencies that fix our DNA. You know what those are? They Scientists have just discovered this. There are agencies, little bitty bugs that fix our DNA. How do they know how to fix it? What are these bugs even called? They found out that they're bacteria. Bacteria is actually repairing our DNA. How do they know where the DNA goes? Because God, through his don't know how God does it. That See, this is the mystery. That This is what makes him worthy of worship. We'll never fully understand all the workings. Yeah. Th- This is the wonderful thing about God. Once we understand something, it kind of takes the don't know. But, we're never going to fully understand God. I'm He has things that are so deep and so complex. His understanding of things He says by wisdom he created the worlds. He separated the heavens. He The heavens were framed through his wisdom. Now, that's interesting. So, so Damian wants me to die trying to get turkey. whoa. He said you should totally rob it. don't get me started. She was Also, was trying to dangle Carrie over the Yeah. bridge to grab me crow. Yeah. wouldn't do it. No. So selfish. Yeah. Y- Yeah, even crazy white boy wouldn't do that. Yep, the Holy Spirit helps us know what we want to pray for. thank you guys so much. Hope you all have an amazing Sabbath and have blessed day. Love you all. Talk to you later. Yeah, every single little creature in God's creation has special purpose. That's right. That's what said, Damian. would. would, but You know, we we could have we could have dangled some money over the edge and just had transit or somebody or some We could have conned somebody into doing it. You must eat living foods to improve gut biome bacteria that also boost your immunity, like Carrie mentioned, so that help repair the cells and your immunity is boosted. Yeah, it's really weird, but these bacteria actually they'll see something in the DNA chain that's not quite right, and they'll actually pick this one up and they have the chemical everything to do it. Like you can't just separate these proteins without the right chemical interaction. Yeah. But they pull it, they motor down here, boop, they put it where it's supposed to be. How does bacteria know to do that? know, but they they're saying Single cell creature? They're saying that that pulls out heavy metals, too, juicing. Some Not not like Heaven sent said, you know, not don't do it like just juicing. But juicing once day or something, you know. Mhm. And and it it's really good for you. mean, look how many people take supplements. Mhm. And if you buy vegetables and you juice them, wouldn't that be good? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Okay, guys. you. God bless you all this coming week. Yeah. Crows are demonic, too. My mom had some and we go for walk and there'd be like 25 of them floating above. said, "Mom, if you ever fell, they would come down and eat you." But she would talk to them and throw dog food down the canyon for them and they'd all come down. The ones around here don't like us. We took couple pop shots at them. They were eating our chicken eggs. And they really go around our house to this very day. It's all open and they'll fly all the way around on state land and go up and then they'll they'll completely avoid our whole property. Isn't that funny? They're scared of us. Anyways, guys, hey, thank you so much for great fellowship this morning. And speaking of prayer, let's give God little bit of our omniscience right now. So, heavenly Father, we just ask that you'll place hand of protection over all these wonderful people of yours. And that you'll guide us through this week and that you'll keep us safe. And that you'll help us through the persecutions that we are to face in the coming days. And that you'll teach us and lead us into all truth. In your name we pray. Amen. All right, folks. And one last little comment by Tracy there. And God bless you guys, and we'll see you guys this Wednesday.
