This is really difficult for lot of my students because this sound, this relaxed but rounded vowel, is not really common in languages other than English. If you use it in your language, please let me know! have yet to find someone I’ve worked with as one of my students who uses this sound in their native language. This sound is not an "oo"—our lips are not puckered. It is not an "ah"—our lips are not completely relaxed. It's somewhere in the middle. So, again, it's not "oo," it's not it's right in the middle.
