If you want to study 12 hours day regularly for years, then this is the video for you. will give you not one not two but four Frameworks to help you be more hardworking. These are not just any Frameworks. These are the systems personally used to study an average of 80 plus hours week in the past 4 years. This video is unlike anything else on the internet. This is probably one of the most important videos I've ever made and it's the result of over four years of practice, and by the end of it you'll have the keys to keep such high level of productivity. Let's begin with the warrior mindset. To start this journey of studying or working for 12 hours day you must cultivate mindset as robust as the ancient warriors of History. Research shows that adopting growth mindset which emphasized effort and resilience can lead to greater results. Taking inspiration from Julius Caesar's story we can learn from the determination of ancient warriors. Whether you're are facing war challenges or academic work the principles are the same. Persist in the face of setbacks. See efforts as the way to get better, and Embrace challenges. See work as an adventure. When you think this way and believe in yourself you are more likely to succeed, but be careful not to become arrogant. Always learn from criticism. You are not doing work, you are on heroic Mission. Think like Warrior. Roman soldier would work lot during wars, between 8 and 14 hours. Shouldn't you be able to do it too? Then think like Warrior. Embrace this mindset imagine being legionaire. The stories we tell ourselves shape who we are. So how do do this in practice? Simply put my work room is full of Roman statues which reminds me of this mindset. Every morning during my workout visualize myself as legionaire as warrior working as hard as can. In this very practical ways keep the warrior mindset very fresh in my head, and you should too! Here is the entire framework, but this is just the beginning because there will be two more Frameworks and super map (4K) summarizing everything at the end of the video. But before that it's now time to turn on our Unbreakable Discipline. Chapter two. Research and habits shows that focusing on goal and practicing regularly can lead to strong discipline. Focusing means sticking to one goal, no matter what. Making promise to someone like study group makes you more accountable because now somebody else expects something. My own journey started with this type of Promise. Surprisingly, cold discipline can start from warm emotions and promises we make to others. Being thankful and truly devoted to your goal can forge an unbreakable discipline. Also, repetition is King. Building streaks, repeated actions, can build habits. Habits will shape your character, and the character will shape your destiny. Therefore, start from actions. Devote yourself to never break the streak, and grow stronger over time. So, how do do this in practice? Well, annotate streaks every day on paper. For example, put an if worked or studied for 12 hours or an if didn't. You don't have to start with 12 hours immediately. Begin with six and gradually increase the hours over time. Aim to never break the streak. Here is the entire framework for building unbreakable discipline. But let's now add the third key ingredient to the mix: Balancing work and life. Balancing work, health, and fun while studying or working lot is hard. It means exercising, keeping in touch with friends, eating well and taking care of our minds. Research says: balance should fit your needs and goals. It's about finding what works best for you. There are, however, some guidelines. For exercise, aim for 10 to 20 minutes every day. For socializing, spend at least 30 minutes day talking to others - forming connections. When it comes to food, eat more fruits and veggies. At every chance, choose whole grains and limit sugary snacks. Honey is great alternative. For mental health, take time to relax. Do things you enjoy. Meditate and get enough sleep. You might also want to try journaling which is great for mental Health. Remember these are practical guidelines that tested and so working for myself. They are based on research, but the key is to create customized balance that allows YOU to be productive and maintain your commitment to studying or working for 12 hours day. So, how do personally practice this? use the guidelines that told you, but there is also something else. use Health Streaks. For each of these Health points, observed in myself what needed, made streak, and then aimed to never break it. Do the same. Put yourself at the center and starting from these guidelines ask yourself: what do need? Then build your health streaks! And we finally got to the last framework which will summarize everything. Talk with different people. Things get boring if you're always doing the same thing. Variety can help with that. Remember: You're not just working hard. You are on an heroic Adventure. It's fun! It can be fun. Build streak, you won't regret it. You know, when asked: How does one change the world? Elon Musk replied: "You got to work 80 to 100 hours every week. Nobody ever changed the world on 60 hour schedule." You have heard man! Now go out there and make history. Worst case scenario: you'll just get stronger. want to add here, at the end, bonus piece of advice for the emotional side of this journey. We are not meant to work or study 12 plus hours day. won't sugarcoat this. If you practice it, you will find it is emotional death. It is horribly hard. However, if your objective matters enough for you, you will be so driven that not even emotional death will stop you. would advise you to rewatch this video several times, and return to it during hard periods. know it helped me, for sure.
