Does Allah really need us to fast? That's great question. have an ayah for that. And do you think that Allah subhana wa ta'ala needs me and you and he needs our worship? We're told in the Quran repeatedly that Allah does not need anything or anyone. When you worship Allah, this is your way of saying thank you to him for everything. So when you pray, you thank Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala for your time. When you fast in the month of Ramadan, you thank Allah for your health. You're not doing favor to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. You're doing favor to yourself because this is your way of saying thank you to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. And for your gratitude, Allah will be generous enough to give you Jenna in the end.
