12 min RESISTANCE BAND ARM WORKOUT Upper Body All Standing

what's up everyone today we have 12 minute resistance band arm workout really working into the upper body with standing only exercises today i'll be using 10 pound band with handles have created the workout so it is challenging with just light resistance however if you are more advanced you can always try it with 20 pound band instead we'll have intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest for 12 moves total so let's get started all right let's get started with both feet evenly on the bend about hip width with palms facing up we have half bicep curl then press forward here we go standing tall slight bend through those knees working the biceps and the front of the shoulders all right take break next up we're going to reach below the handles pointer finger down lean forward bend through those knees we have tricep extension pulse pulse here we go bend stretch pulse back good good long through the spine pull those ribs in and draw those arms back all right band comes underneath the right foot we're going to do overhead press with that right arm exhale inhale to make it harder shorten that outside band to make it easier lengthen that outside band here we go now is all right even out that band on both sides both handles come into that right hand here we have bicep curl slightly angling out if you need to modify at any point remove one band just like drop set here we go do two handles for as long as you can shoulders down and back brace through that you but core let me go but just need to be sure okay switch feet we're gonna do the overhead press so adjust the band as needed i'm gonna make the outside band shorter and get ready for that press here we go exhale to extend inhale bend good keep the rest of the body nice and still nobody's like us when people see us they know feel so much for you that don't know what to do cause someone we have that bicep curl both handles in your left hand here we go will you let me down all right you're going to hold on to the band fold it in half we have pull apart so you're going to pull it apart at an angle and switch pull it apart here we go to modify you can unfold the band or just reach further apart make sure you're holding on nice and tight we don't want that band to snap out of your hands i've done it before it is not fun good strong grip work the back of the shoulders stay with me until the last man falls don't need them anyway when i'm with you have it all i'll never let you slip band comes underneath the right foot we have single arm tricep extension with that right arm here exhale to extend inhale bend palm faces up here we go good make sure you're not arching pull the ribs in pour strong as usual good elbow in alignment with that shoulder we're going to do tricep extensions with that left arm here we go good taking it super slow use your breath really control it say my name stay with me till the stars fade away and your scars don't your scars all right make sure the band is even on that foot here with palms facing up you're gonna reach forward open close single arm row open close other arm here we go know it burns you're almost there okay both feet on the band evenly here cross the bands to make it more challenging we have wide fly then row pulse pulse good to make it easier uncross the bands to make it even harder step those feet wider here we go back at the shoulders work the back muscles keep those elbows lifted slight end leaning forward all right final move we have lateral raise single arm single arm keep those arms in away from the body to keep that muscle engagement the whole time here we go good keep those shoulders facing forward body is nice and still as we lift one arm then the other almost there good you can have bend through those arms that's okay push through all right you made it all right team amazing work today if you felt the burn then hit the like button subscribe to my channel and comment below so we can chat and put in requests for future videos see you in the next one you
