if the video that you're trying to play on YouTube is keep pausing or stopping whenever you try to play no matter how many times you click on play that means Google Chrome has got the strictest cookies setting but if you're receiving this message saying video pause continue watching then that's different problem and have made another video for that which you can find the link in the description so one simple solution would be to click on here select site not working and then select allow cookies then you might get message from YouTube regarding cookies you can reject them all if you want to and then the video would start playing from the beginning and now it wouldn't pause suggest you to follow my second method which would handle the root cause so click on here select settings select privacy and security select cookies and other site data and as you can see Google Chrome has automatically set up block all cookies as the default option so one way would be to only block third-party cookies by clicking and selecting this option but if you still want to block all cookies then you should scroll down and see an option called sites that can always use cookies you can see YouTube is already added it also added third-party cookies as well so you can delete that and click on ADD and then go back to YouTube select YouTube address copy it paste the YouTube address and then click on ADD now if you close this and go back to YouTube you should still be able to play YouTube without pausing
