beloved proph said it mentioned say Muslim number six Hadith number 6637 and belov Prophet also said in say Muslim volume number seven Hadith number that strong believer is more beloved to Allah than weak believer that means strong professional is more beloved to Allah than weak professional it means competent professional is more beloved to Allah than an incompetent professional Allah says in the Quran in Surah chapter number 16 verse number 76 there's parable of two people one of them is dumb and he cannot do any good he's very same burden for his boss whatever he instructs him he cannot do good on the other hand is he better than person who is truthful on just and on the straight path path yeah Allah in the Quran is giving example of two people one some one person is dumb person who's burden for his boss cannot do any good is he better than person who is on Justice and on the straight path and the answer is clear that means Allah prefers you being an efficient competent professional than an inefficient person professional who is burden for the boss
