updates of things that we've talked about in the past we are going to start with some updates yeah already done our housekeeping and the first cab off the rank is actually livecrime yeah so last week from Lime Crime their new lip pops satin lipstick range is available so essentially it is it's like satin finished with buildable coverage they're saying it's like you taking break from the match sort of lips what do you think Haley look see some colors that like and don't mind you know like nude glossy hydrating lip product I'm totally cool with that well mean they're saying it's it's satin but looking at the swatches these look like pre-license hydrating glossy lip so it's bit confusing yeah awesome nice shades the greens interesting love the green like can't even talk about it guys like can't actually kind of enrages me to be honest and looking at they're like perfectly photoshopped image of the lips with the color swatches on them that one doesn't look right so it's not gonna look right in person that's true yeah but do agree some colors look nice it's it don't mind the sort of applicator think it's all right yeah it's very low in crime but it just doesn't seem to mesh with liquid lipsticks these are 21 US dollars each and they're now available at the truth base website and also think alter at few other places but love these liquid lipsticks they're like my favorite formula matte liquid lipsticks so yeah yeah I'm down with this give it to me now and they've got lot so it looks like wait 13 new shades that they've added and they are also that they sort of slot into the right they kind of look chocolate strawberry vanilla caramel that's what they kind of look like to me but they what they must have done over the last couple of years guess he's actually removed lot of the weird colors because have couples and had blue they did yet so they must have been at some of the sort of unpopular shades had like really bright orange one too thought anyway yeah I've cleaned out lot of the crap that just doesn't sell well yeah you know right like understand putting interesting colors into lipstick Rangers but realistically how many are selling like by here and there cuz they're like my god love the idea of that and okay maybe they wear them every now and then but you're not you're not wearing bright green lip on regular basis or blue lip like gray or black lip on you like hardcore regular basis yeah because did have lot more strange colors but it looks like where they've got rid of those and they've just Pat it out lot of the nudes lot of brownie nudes which I'm super keen on they've planted out some of the Reds hot stuff looks gorgeous mm-hmm it's gorgeous so they've just yet they just cut it out the Ranger they've got that patted out the moves we both really love Queen but they've added in some like deeper shades that are similar to Queen so I'm super pumped for this definitely the release of the week that I'm as soon as we can go back into store and these are in the store I'm going to buy probably at least two or three of them because like said it's my favorite matte liquid lipstick formula and it's more shades I'll be there another thing that they've launched is the diamond light diamond fire bronzer this is 36 US dollars and this is interesting because it's in that same jewel looking packaging but they're called bronzer and it's not bronzer it's highlight think it's really weird when brands label shimmery bronze colored powders bronzer yeah because like the whole point of like bronzing or even contouring is to add like shadow back to the face to create dimension which you you lose when you put on foundation and like this is this highlights this is lot of light in and why why would they try to hide that for what it is like that's good thing that I'm adding orange positive bronze highlighter to the range like that they should be celebrating that but now there anyway we can say swatches if it looks like pretty highlighter for deeper skin one other thing that we've seen that isn't yet available but it did pop up think on think of sort of us if Sephora or alter those doors and then it disappeared but they're melted chocolate matte liquid eyes shadows so they're saying that it's two-in-one whipped formula that delivers rich intense chocolate centered matte color in skin centric cocoa tones that can be worn alone for an airbrushed finish or as pigmented primer that locks down for 24 hours of crease proof waterproof wear so this is coming soon 21 US dollars and we've got eight shades so you can see the shades if you can see them sort of on the like chocolate wine for example is this mauve color they've taken it all the way up to the brow bone chocolate eye is like orangey color but we do have swatches of them so they're they're all wouldn't call them chocolate sort of turns or skin tones too much they are all sort of nude families but there are lot of cool tones sort of movie shades in there too but I'll be interested because if they work on the eyes as well as the melted maps work on the lips they might be like good yeah I'm looking at their like the photoshopped arm swatches and then comparing them shades to the ones that we've got on the eyes and they don't even look like the same thing that's so like this is don't even know this is something that you you just couldn't risk like buying online because you're gonna get it yeah but they're coming soon we don't know when we don't know all right so we've got couple of releases here that we're sort of sneak peek and then pulled back think we talked about both of them at the same time so we've got the Anastasia Beverly Hills novena trio electric cake liners so these are trios of cake liners if you're not familiar with what cake liner is it's essentially dry line that you add fluid to to create liquid liner so there's two sets you've got one that has purple white and an orange and then one that has green yellow and bright pink they're like neons yeah yeah now these went live on Sephora they were listed for 30 US dollars each but no being did request it was shared on Instagram and Nevena requested that it be with this right now take it down all right next up we have some releases from Becca so these are new liquid highlighter they're called the Ignite liquefied light highlighters they come in six shades and basically it is it's liquid highlighter that contains sunflower oil and vitamin so think if we compare these to their existing liquid highlighters we're probably looking at something that is more of body oil highlighter rather than liquid highlighter that will then set so the shades are acceptance which is soft golden pearl that reflects pink passion is pale incandescent pearl that reflects say for the body yeah they're saying it's face and body highlighter but if you've got sunflower oil in there rich feeling this is just trying to revamp their original ones because their original ones were out and they'll pretty they weren't popular because they're liquid highlighter and lot of people especially when these came out which were probably like six or seven years ago didn't know how to use them but think they'll probably like makeup artists and stuff and they were good at Lansing on with foundations and if you didn't sit you know putting makeup on model you didn't set it and you put it on it looked really gorgeous so think they're just trying to revamp something that was probably hero product in their range that probably didn't sell very well for the past five years but this look that it the effect like the swatches look the same as the original ones it does sound like it's lot more emollient and doesn't sit as well so it's bit interesting thing I'd love to sort of swatch these in store all right we've got new lip balm from Bossier so this is the cherry blossom and Baku Deol that is everywhere at the moment know it's like the popular product now yeah your ingredient yeah so it's resurfacing lip repair product so it's leave on treatment that helps visibly smooth resurface and improved texture of for noticeably more nourished and supple lips boo coochie all is the nudes and one random purple yeah one radom berry and like an abundance of nudes all right we have the summer collection from Chanel it's called summer of glow it consists of bunch of basically like bronzing and glowy products which don't hate yeah we have healthy glow highlighting fluid it's 48 US dollars it's water light liquid face highlighter that illuminates skin with delicate juhi finish and can wear for up to eight hours it comes in two shades sunkissed and pearly glow then we have the healthy glow bronzing cream this is 50 US dollars now the thing that they were yeah that's this is interesting because they say lightweight cream gel face bronzer velvet matte finish that enhances skin with sunkissed glow there is one shade it's 390 still tan bronze universal but the original so laid hand Chanel has different formula so it's the same color same sort of consistency and packaging but they've changed the formula somehow yes don't know if this is completely new product or if it's replacing so late and Chanel within you don't know don't know why they would reformulate product unless an ingredient was difficult to get especially if the product already sells well and performs well so well maybe it could be something like yeah there's just an update in sort of technology or animation but it looks pretty similar to the last one so I'd be anything interested in like watching and comparing the two and seeing what it's like yeah yeah that we have the healthy glow illuminating powder this is 62 US dollars these are limited edition complexion enhancing face nice yeah or putting it over like unset base but then my base yeah or like you put it on and you're like this looks nice and sort of jewy and then all of sudden you need to set your base because you've got oily skin or something and then it just sets up to normal blush and you like damn it yeah if they think that they've covered nice like range of shades with the four shades available and have gone the peachy they've gone the true pink and they've gone the nudie brown and the berry like think it's good spread for range of four so you know put on them for that okay we're going to get into the next thing which is Kevin or Kwan but before we continue think we just need to address something that we just discovered zoom has feature feature where it can touch up your appearance so if you use zoom or video conferencing with work and you're feeling little bit rough go into your like video options and you'll see touch up my appearance options now you're welcome and your background so we all look like we're on holidays exactly exactly next week we're gonna be in space alright let's do this these are the stripped nude skin tint from Kevyn Aucoin they come in ten shades they're 42 u.s. dollars each and they're available now at Kevyn Aucoin calm and blue mercury now these are tinted sheer to light coverage foundation that is infused with skincare benefits butterfly bush flower extract which is not even real thing someone made that up and that's supposed to protect against free radicals cause black by blue lights okay good and then it also has hyaluronic acid these are we can see with the swatches like these swatches are applied heavily and they still look sheer which means sorry she got obese yeah and personally don't don't even see the point of product like this because if that's what it if that's how sheer it looks with swatch like finger swatch once you actually put it onto your face and you blend it out you're not even gonna see it it's not gonna cover anything and if you are trying to cover something you probably don't want product like this and if your skin is nice enough that you don't need to cover anything Chuck on some like Joey blush and highlighter and go about your business don't even worry about this just asking here agree saw few people like complaining about the shade range being only ten dates and you know think for something that is so extremely sheer is like the equivalent of bringing out ten shades of pressed powder like that's about the effect that this is gonna have so think this is fine for the range that they have like they have but like you just don't understand the point of this because some people you know they want little bit of tiny bit of coverage use again use it yeah like BB cream use something like that whereas with these you know if you're gonna market it as like foundation look know lot of people that their skin is quite good and they just use concealer in little areas this is not going to conceal the areas that concealer that you need to use concealer on this is not gonna do much so always find it so strange when they bring out these products and for forty two US dollars like it's pre pricey have to say Kevyn Aucoin in the early years they've been bringing out some really interesting base products but think any of them have done well no know have to agree with you yeah but also want to say that before people crack the shit's butterfly bush extract is something it's shrub to shrub extract so it's lie before you crack the shit's new like which we get lot we acknowledge it Yves macadamia oil and peppermint oil and Rose extract so you get that sort of icy feel from the peppermint oil and there's ten shades available including mint fresh blue shade these are twenty six US dollars twenty seven pounds available at the Lancome website you can see swatches they do have bit of tint which is quite nice if you're interested in that but then they do have some quite sheer ones the sort of translucent clear one is the blue one it looks kind of weird in the tube but essentially it applies clear and they tend to live bombs with peppermint oil yeah look don't hate them but they're very expensive flag okay love boozy lip balm but also can finish lip balm in like month so you know yeah but I'm gonna say would prefer to buy that then the hooter ones at twenty five and look like they're covered in sand so under percent yeah like would would probably consider one of these Lancome bombs but yeah they're expensive so you know it's if you got the disposable income and you like the look of them go for it like got nothing against it but yeah at least don't have glitter in them true from Laneige we have the new glowy makeup as serum so it's hydrating formula that delivers and locks in moisture while maintaining oil levels it contains time and mineral powder that creates healthy reflective glow while like fit prep technology comfortably adheres to skin for your extended includes light nude with green and blue green blue sparks green taupe with silver reflect matte gray screen and that antique rose and pink with champagne shift so lot of people are really getting this green and pink well they're in it they look great and utilize the pink think what this sort of doing is it looks more grey in the in the images than it is than they describe it but feel like what they're doing and know this happened lot in the sort of 60s and even think in the 80s lot of people paired greens and Pink's together but feel like this is mainly gray and pink feel need more muted can try this and then the eyeshadow palette is 25 US dollars next up from brand called believe it's pronounced grow in Beauty they've launched new palette it's called 1111 basically it's quad with soft pink taupe green deep fuchsia and petal pink it's available now at Roane beauty and Sephora it's 42 us of dollars but this is palette of like creamy eyeshadows yeah and look we we've been starting to see this often Bare Minerals now have they're like creamy formula eyeshadow is the bounce formula it's nice in theory but practically they dry out like I've touched the palette since in Mecca and you go to stick your finger in it it's like trying to swatch rock yeah have heard that that's issue with these yeah interesting no because they've gone for similar color story to the Natasha de narino like they've got pink and taupe green yes being that it like that's coming back but lot of people sorry yeah people are interested personally wouldn't pay 42 US dollars for it because I'd use it three times in dry out yeah so yeah and you know think of being sort of all creamy shimmer palette think it can be really nice and if you are gonna use this to death like okay invest in it but if you do have fairly big collection like we do and lot of you guys have this yeah when you go when you like haven't use that for while and you dig it back out you're like it's gone bad damn it so yeah wouldn't take the risk for 42 us no way probably one of the least inspired collections this week is the new Steeler collection which is this summer 2020 collection my god this looks fun no don't worry it's so boring hate that palette actually really really dislike it yeah agree sorry the palettes called the road less traveled shadow palette its vacuum yes nobody wants to go down that road it's it's an ugly road you know yeah you takin the low road with this one so it's 30-round u.s. dollars and it's got eight matte and metallic eyeshadows earthy tones start your journey warm Pops of green and gold set you on the road to riveting create your own path with richly pigmented plush shades let intuition be your compass eli is getting on the 420 train early it look right the only road the ultraviolet clean screen sunscreen has been remapped which I'm super happy about me too described this as smelling bit like think it was like chocolate and feet or something like that no weird smell that lingered my fingers for so long and it's really strong yeah full-on strong don't understand the people that are like didn't notice the smell I'm like you do not have nose because it is such strong scent and it like it's just it's lot yeah I've got this sunscreen I'm still trying to use it up but like my turn is it because don't like the smell I'll be telling ya their reviews that they were getting were that it's great sunscreen but the fragrance is goddamn awful which totally agree with yeah what they're doing is they're releasing it fragrance free version which is fantastic because it's really good lightweight broad-spectrum SPF 30 sort of mattifying sunscreen but it's it's full map it's it's for like really skip really yeah it's designed for oily skin to like not you know break down and get chunky and gross when oil production comes through and it is like it you know it you don't put it on and you're suddenly Matt it's just designed to pair well or best with oily skin yeah and it does it's fantastic sunscreen they make really good SPF products but have to agree with the reviews it's stinky had to present so yeah they're releasing fragrance free version which
