You can try arranging the arrows like did, but no matter how you place them, the shape doesn't quite look like new arrow. Even if you stand them up, it still doesn't seem right. After trying few wrong combinations, you'll realize this puzzle is trickier than it looks. Because the solution is actually pretty clever. You'll need to think outside the box. Here's the hint. The hidden arrow is made using the same shape as the other four. What you need to do is place two arrows pointing upward. Then put the other two arrows below them. Once all four are in position, the fifth mystery arrow will appear, hidden in plain sight.
