Exciting Garden Mail Day I Got Trial Plants from Terra Nova Nurseries Exclusive First Look

Look what just arrived. I'm excited, y'all. Good morning, guys. It's Jess. Welcome back to my channel for another video. Another exciting day in the garden today, you guys. have been sent some plants to try out for my garden, which I'm so excited to see what's in these boxes, y'all. So, company reached out to me last fall by the name of Teran Noa. They are wholesale nursery based in Cami, Oregon. So, they've sent me some plants that are suited for my zone to try out before they hit the market. So, we have an unboxing to do today. I'm so excited. Let's go ahead and see what they sent. All right, you guys. So, I've got four large boxes here. have no idea what is in them. So, I'm so excited to get these open. They actually came yesterday. So, want to go ahead and get these open, get them out, and then we'll figure out where they're going once know what's in here. just feel like Christmas. love unboxings, you guys. It literally feels like my birthday. But today is actually Gina's kittens birthdays. Juel and Junior are turning two today. So, this is an exciting day. Okay. my gosh, y'all. Look. Okay. Can you see? Let me sit this up here. So, they're packaged really nicely. Everything they sent is in quart size from what her email said. So, let me see if can. Is this just packaging or is this plant? That is stuffing. Okay. So, need to make trash pile or recycle pile, should say. and they are so healthy. have no idea what this is, though. hope there's like hope there's packing slip in here cuz have no clue what these are. Okay, so let me Okay, they have tags. Cool. Okay, so let me pull all of them out first. this is coropsis. I've never grown this before. I'm so excited. love trying new things. An agistache. What? know exactly where that's going to go. think this is more Agnes Stashach leaves look similar. you guys. Okay, this is another Look at this, y'all. Y'all know love orange in my gardens. Like, whoever sent me these plants, they know me. Okay, they've been paying attention. love me some orange in the garden. okay y'all. Let me get all of them unpacked and then we'll go through everything that have here. This is so exciting. Okay, so think that's it for this box. Let's get this out of the way. Let's see what's in box number two, you guys. So, y'all know I've actually been clearing out space in Rainbow Row because knew these plants were coming. So, didn't know if they were sending me like full sun, shade plants. So, I've got spaces saved in all of my garden beds to try out different sun and lighting, all that type of stuff. my gosh, you guys. am just Okay, hold on. Let me get my light in echgonia, y'all. Okay, y'all know just posted video of me trying to beef up the colors in Rainbow Row and needed some yellow. That's yellow echgonia. saw the tag. I'm excited about that. What is this one? Another echgonia. This one is looks like pink. cannot wait to show you guys everything. All right, box number three. Y'all, these plants look so healthy. am so excited. Some more echgonatas. what is Is this hooka? this looks like hooka. I'm excited. Yes, this is hooker. Wow, y'all. Look how This is my hand. The leaf is bigger than my hand. Literally. my goodness. this is stunning. I'm definitely going to put the my gosh, I'm so excited. Okay, let me get my life together. I'm going to pull all these out and then I'm give you guys full haul. Look at this. my gosh. had no idea they were sending me this many plants. And this one's already blooming. One more box, y'all. my goodness. I'm so excited about these. Okay. What are you? is this tiarella? Wait, hold on. This is trailing. What is this? gosh. Okay, I'm so excited, y'all. This is like early Christmas. It's tiarella and it trails. What? I've never even heard of such. That is totally new to me. Okay, wait. Hold on. This one's stuck on something. Another one in bloom. trailing te. Y'all, I'm so excited. So, so excited. This is such good day. Okay, that is everything. Let me clear some space and I'm going to show you guys what have. So, here are all of the plant goodies, you guys. I'm so excited. Okay, let's get to the haul. Okay, y'all. So, got everything unpacked and unwrapped. They did send me packing slip, and it looks like they sent me three of everything, you guys. I'm so excited. So, I'm pretty much just going to grab everything and check them off as go. So, let's start off with this one here. This one is Echgonia Supreme Lime. And I'm so excited about this one. So, this one has really pretty lime colored bloom to it. And if you guys have been watching me over the years, you all know that I've tried different types of echgonatas here and none of them have done well for me. So, am so excited to see how this does. so according to the tag, this one is hardy zones four through nine. It gets about 20 in tall, 24 in wide. It takes full sun, perfect for border planting, and it's moderate grower here. So excited about this one. So, we've got lime echanatia, y'all. That is exciting. So, I've got three of those. And then next, okay, not sure what this one is. It does not have tag. Let me find something that looks similar to it. Okay, here we go. think it's this one. Let's open this one. it's an Austache. Y'all, I'm so excited about stash. planted one last year and absolutely fell in love. Okay, so this one is austache called Princess Plume. And don't know it's agistache or agistachi, however you want to pronounce it. Here's look at the tag and what the blooms will look like. pretty purple bloom. So, this one is hardy zones 5 through 10. It gets about 30 in tall and wide. Excited about that. Another full sun plant, perfect for accents, and it is moderate water need. So, I'm excited about this one, you guys. my gosh. And know Agastach is super fragrant, so excited to try those three out. And then up next, let's see what this one is. So, probably should have taken all the wrapping off, but it's okay, y'all. Bear with me. I'm just so so excited to see what everything is and then can start dreaming of where want everything to go. Okay, so we have hookerella and this one is called pink stardust. Look at the blooms on this, you guys. It's pretty pretty light pink bloom. This one is hardy zones 4 through 9. It gets about 6 in tall, 12 in wide, sun to shade. Another perfect accent plant. So, hookeras are exciting because love their leaf shape. You guys look at this. Look at the dark vein leaf with the light green. love anything that's like two-tone green. That is so exciting. This is going to be beautiful in my shade garden. my goodness. All right. Up next, we have coropsis. This one is called Sunny Days Rays. Look at the blooms on this, y'all. my gosh, this is going to be so pretty and perfect in rainbow row. Party zone 6 through 10. It is about 14 in tall, 24 in wide. Another moderate water need. And this one, I'm assuming goes in full sun. It doesn't say on the tag, but if it's called sunny days, sunny rays, it's going in full sun. Okay. And I've got three of these. Look at this like foliage, you guys. This is so pretty. I'm I'm just so excited. just am not going to Y'all count how many times say I'm excited in this video. All right, we've got an echanation next. Let's open this one. this one is really pretty, y'all. Okay, so this one is an echgonia called French Festival. Let me see if can get the tag out. this wedge down in there. really, really pretty hot pink bloom. love the little ball, feathery, fluff texture of it. It's so pretty. This is another full sun plant. Hardy zones 4 through 9. It's about 8 in tall, 16 in wide, and this is It says it's for spot of color. Okay, so this can definitely go if it only gets about 8 in tall, can put this on the border of rainbow. This is, y'all, am just dreaming of spaces. is I'm excited. Okay, moving right along. We have another echgonatia. this love the name of this one. It's so fitting for the bloom. So, this is an echgonatia called fried egg. Look at this, you guys. Does it not look like fried egg? That is so cute. So, this one's hardy zones 4 through 9. Another full sun plant. This one gets about 10 in tall, 14 in wide. Says it's good for an accent. Okay. Yes, that's cute. love that name. That is so cute. All righty. What is this one? Okay, this was another French festival. So, let me I'm grouping as I'm going. Probably should have done this, but with it with the wrapping on them, couldn't see what each one was. probably should have done that before started the haul portion, but it's okay. Y'all know win my videos. All righty. Next up, we have an agistache. this one's pretty, you guys. know I'm going to love this one. think this might be my favorite, and haven't even started to grow them yet. This one is an agistache called Peach Pearl. Y'all, look at this. love anything peachy orange. That is going to be so stunning. This one gets 8 in tall, 16 in wide. Hardy zone 6 through 10. Takes full sun. so this one doesn't get as tall as the other one. That's kind of cool. No smell yet, but hopefully we'll get some really good fragrance on these. I'm so about this orange, y'all. So, so excited. Okay, what have not grabbed? This one. So, this one is not labeled. Let me see if can do leaf comparison here. do have another one that looks similar? Okay, let's see how we're doing on the list. We did Peach Pearl, Princess Plume, Sunny Days, Fried Egg, French Festival, Supreme Line, Testostera. We did not do that. Okay, so let me see what this one is. Y'all, I'm so excited about this big bold leaf. Like, love hookeras. First of all, they add so much color and they're so easy just to pop into small little spot that needs some color or into container or window box. Like, there's so many options you can do with these. Okay. Okay. This is Tessterosa. Okay. Look at this, y'all. This is gorgeous. This is absolutely stunning. So, this one is hearty zones 4 through 9. I'm excited that all of these are perennials, y'all. Like, all of these will come back. I'm so excited. Okay, anyho, this one takes sun to part shade. It gets 10 in tall, 17 in wide. Another perfect accent. Look at this color. love the ruffled leaves and the unders sides are stunning. Pink. I'm excited about these. This This is an amazing haul. am so obsessed. Okay, y'all. So, this one none of them have an actual tag. So, just from process of elimination on my little my little packing slip here. think this one is the felious color burst white. So, have no idea if this is sun or shade plant. I've never heard of this plant before, but y'all look at the blooms. So, obviously it blooms white and y'all look, they're tubular. So, the hummingbirds will probably love this as well. So, I'm thinking this is probably I'm airing on sun plant, but I'll do some research on their website to see what this actually takes and put it up on the screen for you guys. But, I'm excited about these. This might be able to go in my hummingbird garden. That's exciting. All righty. Last but not least, we have this gorgeous tiella, y'all. This one is called Appalachian Trail American Trails. And this one is hardy zones 4 through 9. Takes part shade to shade. So need to make sure put this in my shade garden or because it trails, y'all. First of all, the birds are going crazy. But anyh who, first of all, didn't even know that tiellas could trail. So because this is trailing, this might actually go perfect in my window boxes on my she-shed. This is going to be stunning. I'm so excited. Okay, so this one is Hardy Zones 4 through 9. It takes part shade to shade. It gets 4 in tall, about 36 in wide with its trailing. my gosh, y'all. And you can actually use this as ground cover as well. Like y'all, look at these leaves. Look at that. Look at the maroon vein with the lime exterior. It is so pretty. I'm Okay, don't know. don't know if I'm more excited about the peach agistache or this trailing hook. don't know.
