hi there Lima Cirrus we knew from Lima sedar.com whose likeness he didn't think personal branding one of the lady viewers she's based in Dubai she asked me what did think of the generation the younger generation that was born and raised in the Middle East now given the fact that stayed in Dubai for 40 years was there during my school days Sarge Indian school studied there so think think can give perspective so those are dogs suddenly came so can give perspective with regards to children and the younger generation in the Middle East now did my schooling Sarge Indian school which is run by South Indians so first and foremost is the education is third class it's it's run by amateurs most of the teachers are not fit even to work as you know waiters or cobblers mean it's that bad and I'm I'm not trying to disrespect them but this is fact they're idiots most of them would not even get job as receptionist anywhere so the teachers are third class the system is pathetic the education system is outdated it wouldn't give you job even if your life depended on it so overall was spending the majority of my day with just losers in outdated system taught by you know personalities so that was me and my first 12 years never got experience of the real world never knew what it was to be independent didn't have any real life skills given the fact that the BI is hot obviously you can't go outside to play so the whole day you're stuck in the house and what do you do sitting in those either you watch TV or you're stuck with the phone today children have smartphone and the Internet those days just had radio and television set that also nothing used to come well maybe would read books that is if had access to them so overall was raised in an environment where there was no reality there was no access to reality didn't know what was life life according to me those days was take one dirham go to the supermarket buy chocolate buy juice anytime you want something ask your parents when do you have to go to work that was it watch TV had no sense of reality however when went to India during the Gulf War was exposed to shocking reality that was in Bombay the first thing was was introduced to Jacques who are you know transgender men which never seen in my life traveled by train which never did and understood how difficult it is to travel by train in Bombay understood the challenges of taking bus which never knew never knew which direction to take BST bus that's the official transport in India didn't know how to sit in rickshaw didn't know there were gangs didn't know that you know food food that is told on stalls good or not so was exposed to really different culture when went to India learnt how tough those and boys can be learned how difficult it is to survive it was tough exposure for me and that's where realized this youngsters in India are exposed to so much more reality then those you know staying in the Middle East however today it's different story because all of them have access to cheap internet and smartphones so because they are connecting online the reality the worldview is flawed because they keep listening to from Gary Vaynerchuk and Grant Cardone and what Brendon Burchard and Tony Robbins and Tim Ferriss and Gary gleebo whatever his name is Chris Kalibo and they keep thinking that can live the seven figure income eight figure income can hustle online earn money on youtube become rich become famous it's all so the main problem with today's generation especially in the Middle East is they do not know what is reality they do not know how difficult it is they don't know what is pressure they don't know how you have to kiss ass in order to get visa they don't know that racism exists in the workplace they do not know how to sell themselves you know this kids were born and raised by their parents and the parents keep saying that you're so smart you're so intelligent your public speaking skills are so good you know these idiots grow up to be all confident heads and they amount to nothing absolutely nothing because they come across so arrogant and ignorant nobody wants to give them job and that's why they tend to remain jobless in fact so many youngsters who speak to they keep telling me you know I'm this technology guy want to do biotechnology want to specialize in artificial intelligence want to be hacker want to be youtuber instagram star all and they can't even get job even if their life depended on it and these youngsters who do get job they keep trying to look hip and hop and modern you know gelled hair and the girls are trying to look you know beyond the age driving your father's car enjoying your father's money and full of confidence full of confident they want to change the world yeah you you know how much you're earning you know for the do you know they their confidence is only their mommy and daddy's money ask them to work in the real world and show they don't have that character they don't have the integrity they don't have the substance they can give you lot of ball talk and tell you yeah you know just because you're this you're that they'll justify but they can't prove themselves and of the day they will just started out too smart and mean unemployed so my perspective on the younger generation is you have just shown one dimension of life they do not have the complete perspective of what life is all about they don't know how to survive they don't know how to sustain they can't even get job they don't know how to sell themselves they don't know how to you know they don't know how to even prepare resume let alone go for an interview given this is the state of affairs of even this is the state of affairs of today's generation wouldn't be very optimistic about what the generation is doing they just go for this clickbait quick attention get rich scheme that is online but eventually like said balance sets in once they get kicked around in the real world they realize who they are they realize where they stand and then they wake up to smell the roses and all that in order to smell the roses there are lot of thorns there so these are my views with regards to today's generation especially in the Middle East generation that thinks life is as easy as you know putting one buck and getting Pepsi and you know taking your social media device your smartphone and connecting to the internet that is what you know that is what people think life is all about the education system doesn't help at all neither does you know what they are being exposed to so if you ask me what is the solution solution is simple put your kids out there into the real world let them work the dirtiest toughest scariest most ungrateful jobs let them suffer couple of years eventually they'll know where they stand solo from Lima sedar.com whose likeness II don't think personal branding standing with us thoughts let me know what do you have to say in the comments section below like the video thumbs up don't like it thumbs down this me signing off for now take care
