How to Create Company Employee ID Card Design in Word MS Word Tutorial

welcome to our youtube channel in this video today we are going to design company employees id card in microsoft word this id card has both front and back side designs we are going to use vector graphics to design this id card to make it highly printable to print at any resolution you want so watch the video from start to end and learn how you can design your own id card go to the layout menu sizes and click the more paper sizes option then in the paper size add 2.63 inches for the width and 3.88 inches for the height of the page then go to the margins tab and set the margin to zero for all sides of the page since we are going to design both front and back sides press and hold the ctrl key and press the enter button to add another page go to the insert menu shapes and add rectangle shape right click the shape and select the edit points option select the bottom corner of the page and use the handle to add curve to this point select the bottom right point and add some curve to that point as well adjust the points in the same way am doing here change the background color of the shape to black and remove the border line drag and place the shape at the top of the page then go to the insert menu shapes and select the curve shape to add curved border to the shape use the edit point option to adjust the curve in the same way we have designed the bottom curve for the black shape on the top go to the format shape option and set the width for this curved shape to 14. go to the format shape option again and add gradient color to this curve shape watch closely to see how am the control button and drag to duplicate the black shape then go to the shape format menu on the top click the rotate sub menu and rotate the shape vertically and horizontally and place it at the bottom of the page duplicate the yellow curve in the same way and rotate it horizontally and vertically place it above the bottom black shape and set the width to 10 points adjust the gradient of the shape to make it transparent from one side and half transparent from the other side now go to the insert menu shapes and add one inch by one inch shape we will use this one by one shape as the background of the employee's picture on this business id card i'm using placeholder picture for the employee here on this id card design but you can place your own picture while creating your business employee id card for you add text box to write the business name and slogan text add your business logo and place it on the right side of the picture above the business name and slogan text now go to the insert menu and add another text box and write the employee's name and job title or designation press the control button and drag to duplicate this text box to add the other information of the employee like gender the expiration date of the id card date of birth contact number and blood group press the tab button to jump to the right side to add the details for the heading adjust the tab setting to adjust the placement of right side text make the heading text bold select all the text and add the line spacing to 1.5 points then go to the table menu border and shading option and add things select both text boxes and go to the shape format menu and align them to the center of each other add horizontal line in between the employee's name and other details to separate both of these company employee id card design is ready now let's design the back side of this id card now duplicate both black and yellow shapes from the front side design to design the top part of the back side change the width of the yellow shape to one point on the backside page go to the insert menu shapes and add text box to write the terms and conditions text on the top of this page do duplicate the logo from the front side of the page and place it on the black shape on the back side and change the fill color to the yellow gradient now insert another text box to write the signature authority name and job title press the control button and drag to duplicate the text box to create another text box we will use this new text box to add the street address phone numbers email address and website of
