How To Draw A Robot Using Shapes

here at friends syrian job robot yeah we're going to use shapes to draw our robot we hope you're going to follow along with us it's going to be lot of fun you need your drawing supplies we're going to use markers and some paper and something to color with yeah you can use whatever you have at home you don't have to use markers yeah you use pencil you ready to start yes we've drawn robot long time ago and thought it would be fun to draw another robot let's first draw the head to our robot we're going to draw rectangle shape up here towards the top of our paper we're going to draw line down and then line across for the bottom of the head looks like big letter and then let's draw an upside down crossed and then down to connect and complete rectangle shape next let's draw the body we're going to draw another big shape like that and drew it out little further than the head there you go then we're gonna start over here and we're gonna draw big upside down to complete the box that's kind of another rectangle shape bigger for the body okay let's draw the neck we're going to draw two lines down and connect the head to the body let's draw the legs we're going to draw two square shapes one and then another one right next to it and i'm just repeating the same steps the letter and then an upside down to draw the top then let's draw two lines coming down on each side of the squares maybe this is the knee and this is the bottom part of the leg then we can connect the bottom and this side over here yeah then let's add small rectangle shape on the bottom of the feet so we'll draw two short lines down and then we can connect those two lines together also let's draw the top of the legs we'll draw two lines connecting the knee to the body can do the same over here what should we draw next the arms okay let's draw more long rectangle shapes maybe one on each side this could be the shoulders to our robot the other cool thing about drawing robot you don't have to draw it exactly like how we're drawing you could draw it differently you could add more details and more shapes i'm going to draw two curves for the arm bending down we could do that same shape over here for the other arm cool let's give them hands too i'm going to draw it's going to look like circle but i'm not going to connect it at the bottom yes and then connect these two lines let's draw another shape like that inside that's smaller and then we can connect those together also let's repeat that over here on this side we're going to draw another circle shape that doesn't connect at the very end well like your robot austin you're doing great job you're having fun yeah okay good i'm going to draw smaller shape inside and then connect kind of look like lego hands yeah this is good place to stop the video if you want and you could change your drawings you could add your own details to make your drawings look completely different than ours like eyes and chinas yeah let's add eyes and antennas and maybe even some buttons yeah okay let's keep going let's add the eyes first we're gonna draw two circles if you want you could keep following along with us so you draw the same robot think that would be fun to do this lesson all over again and change the details i'm going to draw big oval shape that goes around the eyes that's more for the face then let's draw the mouth i'm going to draw two lines coming down and then we'll connect those lines at the bottom we could also add teeth even though robots don't have teeth right i'm robot robot teeth there we go let's add another rectangle shape on top and we could add let's add rectangle shapes on the side too and we could add antennas they kind of look like ears don't they yeah okay let's draw sideways or shape now looks like yours yeah it does and then backwards over here and then antennas i'm gonna look at that all right you could just draw straight line if you want had little zigzag in the middle and then out and then circle that's awesome yeah okay let's add little screen on his chest we're gonna draw another rectangle shape right here i'm going to draw upside down to connect and then we can add little maybe there's little dashed lines inside you can tell maybe this is the battery it tells you how much battery is left on your on your robot then we can add more buttons let's add circle here in the middle and then i'm going to add another circle on each side then maybe we could add square button over here on the left and triangle button over here on the right know what we should do next let's add little lines that go across our robot's arm that makes this look flexible like this material is flexible he can bend it different directions so kind of added them in weird way you could just add them anywhere you want kind of split them in half and go all the way down to the bottom let's add circle for the knee about circle here and circle over here on this side awesome we did it we finished drawing our robots but we still need to color it yeah this part we're gonna fast forward but at the end you can pause the video to match the same coloring or you can color your robots any way you want you ready to fast forward yeah we did it then we finished drawing our robots yeah we did and your robot turned out awesome thanks but yours is my favorite no yours is my favorite thanks bud now you guys can pause the video right now to match your same coloring or remember you can color any way you want you can also add extra details that is like talking it think it wants to eat battery yeah you could also add background yeah
