thank you for buying the Dum key Force tool in your kit it's going to be pretty simple you're going to have the hardened piece of tempered steel this is made specially for the smart key locks and you're going to find just blade of quick set key blank but it's been cut to number three depth some people like number four I've had best luck with number three depth so you put in the blank with the tool put it in the lock and gently force it over and the door will open here have two grade twos and grade one the important part is you're putting in it's just quick set key blank that's been cut down to number three cut some people say number four cut number three works for me the important thing is make sure it's smart key lock you can identify it by the little slot put in the the little blade of the key into the lock and I've pre preone these already take your smart key tool and this will set it to the correct depth again you don't need lot of pressure we've opened these between 5.9 and and 8.9 lb whether it's grade one or grade two so you just it's 38 use ratchet you can use torque bar any crescent wrench I've used vice grips and again it's nice even even pressure just push it in even pressure and you unlock the the door or it pulls the bolt back now do not once the bolts back don't keep on going if you keep on torquing it it will the tail piece will fall off you're going to have to drill the set screws so again just put the tool in it sets it nicely put on your your ratchet on 38 just nice even pressure you know and don't over torque it last one and this is grade one 8.9 is all we've ever had on any of these pressure and voila so pretty easy if you do over torque it or let's say you have the customer has key and the key is just turning around and around the smart key or the dumb key tool is not going to work because you already have it turning the tail piece has fallen off or the bolt has been damaged it's malfunctioned so any problems drill out the two set screws very easy to find very easy to drill just have yourself one or two sharp sharp quarter inch bit some people like the smaller ones like a/ quarter inch just drill them out the two screws and then the lock will fall out you can open it with your screwdriver or if the bolt has totally malfunction you can just start tearing apart the bolt from the larger hole now and open up the door so again there's 10 different ways of opening these doors this is nice quick and easy the main reason of doing this is to upsell the customer into show them how easy it is then you upsell them into Medico ablo you know slage Primus sell them into real high security lock that is not easy to defeat at all okay thank you enjoy your tool
