salaam everyone hope you are well and safe my name is farain and i'm here to share stories on ramadan with everyone last week read the gift of ramadan to you before we begin on today's story i've got song to introduce you to are you ready how is your ramadan how is your rama done may it be good may it be good fill it up with kindness remember yours are cut read quran take care of your heart shall we sing it again together how is your ramadan how is your rama then may it be good may it be good fill it up with kindness remember your cut read call on take care of your heart alhamdulillah now let's begin with the story if you need more time to get ready remember to press pause i've got story what can it be i've got story come look and come see i've got story what can it be come and look and come and see and the story for today is love in ramadan written by maitha al-hoyat let's begin during the nights of ramadan my sister hannah peers from the window in search of something she loves she pulls away the curtains and says love watching the stars that light up the night and love the crescent moon hanging in the sky like chandelier but most of all love hearing the song hearing the sound of the dawn prayer waking the sleepy heads in the morning my aunt nora goes to the park in search of something she loves she carries her backpack and says love cycling through the park even though i'm fasting and love drawing the smiles that see everywhere but most of all love seeing the smile on my beloved's grandma's face at noon grandma leila goes to the garden in search of something she loves she picks up the dates and says love planting trees so people and animals can enjoy their beauty and love sending the freshest dates to all my neighbors even if they leave seven homes away but most of all love to see the smile on an orphan's face in the afternoon grand passalim walks all the way to the masjid in search of something he loves he leans on his cane and says love walking to the mosque while repeating the afternoon called the afternoon prayer call and love praying with my brothers in harmony but most of all love staying in the mosque reciting the holy quran to heal my mind and soul uncle kareem walks away from the city and heads down the river he sails into his boat and says love the moments of peace and quiet from time to time and love to admire allah's beautiful creation surrounding us but most of all love to worship allah and appreciate his blessings my mother sarah bustles around in the kitchen in search of something she loves she starts the pot and says love cooking yummy and healthy dishes during ramadan and love making basmosa for it's my husband's favorite dessert that looks yummy yum yum but most of all love going sorry but most of all love giving out food to friends and neighbors just then my father adnan arrives home in search of some in search of something he loves he pops his car and sings love spreading salam salam greetings to people know and people don't know and love to remove harmful things from the path so nobody trips over but most of all love handing out gifts especially to my two my children and my darling wife just before sunset ran to the iftar tent in search of something love hurried inside and said love to help prepare the eating mats and lay out all the food and love to sit with my family and wait for the call of prayers to break our fast together but most of all love hearing the sounds of allahu akbar and enjoy the delicious food of ramadan he's eating yummy juicy watermelon how about you what do you love during the month of ramadan alhamdulillah hope you enjoyed the story and hope to see you next week insha'allah for more stories on ramadan salaam alaikum
