Meet Daniela a Learning For ALL Student Success Story

my name is danela castano I'm from Colombia speak Spanish that's my home language and also speak English I'm still learning but speak English can say that and I'm lawyer in Colombia that's not my currently occupation here but I'm lawyer in Colombia I've been in the United States for 5 years came here because of my husband he came here in 2013 looking for better opportunity we were in our relationship when he was still living back in Colombia but when he came to the US well we broke up few years later he went back to Colombia to visit his family and when we saw each other we just knew we couldn't live without each other so that's why we got married and came to to the United States so took classes at learning for all probably for about one year in 2018 started at beginners and quickly moved to advanced class love the teaching methods LFA Ed when was studying there feel didn't feel was taking classes feel like was hanging out with my friends speaking in English or at least trying to speak in English and just learning from everyday life and and think teachers were very patient and very compassionate with us my goal was to improve my English to be able to find job and start my pathway in the US think I'm still learning I'm still just building my life here but it was good start in learning for old they teach me lot of things that I'm very great grateful my inspiration to continue my education and learning things it's my family always want them to be proud of me they were very proud when graduated as lawyer in Colombia knew when moved to the United States that if wanted to continue my career as lawyer or at least something similar had to put all my effort into learning English and like to challenge myself every day can tell other people that dreams come true if you work really hard never give up even when you think you cannot make it believe me you can when was offered the job position currently have was very afraid because of my English but now I've been in this position for three years and have developed myself in so many ways that didn't imagine so just keep keep dreaming and keep continue building whatever you want to do in your future
