Ostrich Egg Sunny Side Up

all right here we go we have the ostrich we've been speaking about for quite some time now this is the moment i've been nervous and anxiously waiting for we are going to hack into it the goal is to cook it over easy and so we have to not break the yolk which hear is rather difficult to do with these because as thick and mighty as they are the yolk is actually pretty sensitive so here we go i'm going to use the back of the knife i'm going to start about here and chip all the way around peel it off and then pour it into my bowl wowza all right we have breakthrough so this is much harder than actually even imagined whew wow looks like drywall almost we have yolk okay let's see here my god this is leaking out wow my goodness can you see that in there wow okay so i'm going to try to peel and pull until feel comfortable enough with the opening to get it into the bowl this is wild imagine you get shell stuck in this omelette and there's much bigger problems okay okay it is like super thick the what is this called the membrane is so you can see it's very thin it feels like combination between plastic and leather really really thick and the eggshell just really feels like my gosh it's so hard it's like drywall meets horse maybe it's like porcelain all right feel pretty good about the opening of this and we're losing yolk mean white so here we go okay this is the moment when we find out if we're doing scrambled eggs or over easy whoa we did it that is exciting here's the shell looks like something out of jurassic park it is can see why people decorate these and keep them it's pretty neat all right you guys it was huge success we got the ostrich egg into the bowl nothing is broken we have no shells in there we are going to do an over easy egg am so excited was hoping it would be the majority of the vote because really want to dip stuff into it and really see how the texture and creaminess differs from scrambled egg so i'm really excited and here we go and there it is she's beauty okay do flavored salt so we're inspecting the white and the words used to describe it are gelatinous and feel like this could be vegetarian white fish taco and nobody would know the difference totally agree yeah it like it's flaky like white fish very mild in flavor pretty cool overall what do we feel about the eggs you guys smoothies amazing delicious what do we think amazing i'll eat this eggs ladies so good we're having fun time hope you guys enjoyed
