TeacherMade com Turn PDFs into Self Scoring Worksheets

hi it's me danny the trendy teacher and i'm here to show you teachermade.com teachermade.com is great way to make your pdfs into online interactive worksheets versus pdf annotator pdf annotator is great if you want to write on top of something but if you want to self score and assign things that you can give drop down menus or matching or anything like that this is the way to go i'll show you how to do it so first create an account through teachermade.com it's really easy if you have google single sign-on and since i've already entered i'm going to just log in when you log in you'll see all of the existing handouts that you've created i'll walk you through what it looks like to make new one so let's go to actions create worksheet title it week seven now i'm using bell ringer from presto plans thank you which is an excellent way to use some of your current material in new format that you can put online to digitize your materials one could give description you're going to drag and drop now have already downloaded it so you can just drag and drop it in and it will show you these are two pages so i've selected both create worksheet okay so here's some cool things that you can do you can create drop-down menus for this one for example that would probably be the best approach to this monday mistakes so you click on this drop-down and you insert it edit drop down and want my options this is worried so it's misspelled want to do the correct one and then the existing one and then i'll select the answer delegate the number of points you also have the option for do not score and i'll show you what that looks like in second save changes continue on add another drop down and so on throughout the rest of the worksheet okay so now that i've inserted all of my drop downs on this one can go through and insert my text boxes so if you want short answer versus an open answer i'm going to go with short answer open answer is where you have them like fill in the rest of your sentence so i'm going to drag this here and then i'm going to edit this this one want them to guess if they guess it's going to give them one point but if they guess i'll see that they have something in there so i'm just going to put do not score and the correct answer is really there isn't one want them to guess and then if you want to add another short answer or excuse me i'm going to make this drop down and i'll give them couple different options for whatever okay and so then you'll save changes after you determine this one do want to award points and then i'm going to continue going on i'm going to show you this one where this wednesday's wise words where they can respond something want them to have at least 100 words but this of course want to read and i'm not necessarily going to you know grade it or score it for accuracy it's just something that want them to write so i'm going to have them write short answer and then make it do not score and then i'll show you what this looks like when it's on the student end but before do that do want to show you that there are some options we have this short answer drop down which showed you both insert open answer which is again like something that you would have like fill in the blank or something matching true and false yes no and then there
