Islamic Morals Lesson 4

My dear respected brothers and sisters in Islam, inshallah ta'ala, we continue with our series of Islamic morals. Today we'll take three also very important parts of that Muslim believer should be have such traits or have such behaviors. Now so the first thing that we look at is and we asked to mention the types of patients again as we know that being patient in Islam. So Allah subhana said okay Allah subhana has told us what you who have believed be patient. So being patient in Islam it is what is you know is command from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. We have to be patient. So here we ask what are these types of what? Patience. All right. Say alhamdulillah. formin. Amen. Now, so the patience here, we see what the patient in what? In obeying Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. Okay, that's the first. We see three types of patience here. So in making salah, in calling people to Islam, in fasting, it requires patience. So in the obedience of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, we have to be what? Patient. The next type of patience was is the patient of what? Refraining or keeping us from what sins? Okay. if you are on your phone and bad stuff are coming up things they should be looking at. Okay. Or you want to do some you you want to some of people like doing bad stuff like drinking or smoking or girlfriends and stuff like that. What happened? You refrain. You're patient. What? In keeping away from what? This. The third type of what? Patient is what? Is patient in what? Dealing with the harsh divine decrees. Okay. And praising Allah in all states. Okay. So sometimes we have things that we don't like. All right. person might get sick. your beloved one might pass away. You might have difficulty with your job. All right? You you lose your job. Stuff like that. You have to also be patient and praise Allah subhana wa ta'ala in all states. Okay? When it's easy and when it's hard. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says and Allah loves those who are patient. Now so if you want to be amongst those that Allah subhana wa ta loves then you have to be what? patient inah also and also the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said how wonderful is the affair of the believer you know there is amazing okay the affair of the believer indeed all of his affairs are good for him and this is only what only for the believers so if something good happens to him he's grateful to Allah all right You're in ease, you're in comfort, you are grateful to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. And this is good for him. And if something bad happens to him, then what? The believer, he is patient. And it's also what? Good. So the the case of what the the situation or the state of the believer is always good. All right? All the time. All right? Times when things are going good and times when things are what going bad. He is all his state is always what? His state is good. We ask Allah subhana wa ta'ala to make us from those that have very good state. mean mean at all time we are patient at all time. Amen. The next one say what is the opposite of what patient spoken about patient? We have seen the virtue of patient and Allah love them. Maybe that's enough. feelchign. Now, so the opposite of patient of patient is what is being what? Impatient. All right. The opposite of what being patient. Okay. It means what? Showing what impatient what in obeying Allah. All right. In your salah, in your fasting, you're not patient with it. The opposite of what we just said and also what refraining patient what impatient living what sins. Now you have to be patient what with refraining and living sins. Okay. And also it means what? Expressing what? Discontent at the the divine decree with words or what decrees of deeds. All right. Let's see somebody sick. you started say why me? Okay. You lose your job. Why that? Why that? You just what? you know you're not happy with what what's happening with you again you have to be patient example of wishing for death because somebody just like you know wish would die now I'm I've suffered so much wish would just wish that I'm going to die all right slapping the cheeks some people okay they beat their self to beat their head and knock their head on the wall these are all what things that shows what discontent and not being patient tearing your clothes and if we get mad tear their clothing or somebody passed away started what acting some you know very weird ways. This the salving the hair some of them what their hair just cut their hair stuff like that especially during what during funerals. So it's not wrong to be what you know being sad but if somebody's passive but behaving in such way this is what this is not good this is what being impatient okay and also what invoking what death of one say want to die Allah killed me all these here you know all silent people to the worst what they commit was suicide these are all things that what shows what person is not being patient the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said the greater the tribulation is the greater the reward is so if Allah has tried you and When you are patient, what you get what huge reward from Allah subhana wa ta'ala and the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said when Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala loves people he test them and so whoever is content for him is pleasure for Allah if you're happy with it all right if you're patient with it you're happy which is the greater level all right then Allah subhana wa ta'ala you have the pleasure of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and whoever is discontent then what you have what the displeasure of Allah subhanana wa ta'ala and this hadith is narrated by Imi and Mah okay so we have to be what we have to be patient and not being impatient now the last thing that we look at here is that we asked to mention what the via cooperating okay we as Muslim We should be what? Working with each other. Okay, we should be what? Working with one another. It's very important. What? We put our hands together. Okay. He saidam. Muslim and Now let's see what else does this mean. So we said that you know it's very important that what we cooperate and we work together. So let's see see what incorporate is what is cooperating between what people in truth and goodness. Okay in truth and goodness. Okay. So if it's not if it's falsehood and bad things we shouldn't be what cooperating with anybody. Examples of what the corporation include what cooperating and restoring what the rights in case somebody has you know sign right you know helping them to get that right is something that we should be cooperating with also preventing operation you know oppression oppression we should what you know prevent all type of what oppression if somebody's trying to do bad stuff try to you know wrong people we should prevent them it's also from And also what in fulfilling what the needs of the people and the needy case people are what somebody is what in need you know you put money together some brothers come together and put hands together to help is also from what this is good all right cooperating what in good helping what the poor and the needy incorporating all goodness okay any form of goodness in education helping student that are learning providing for them book notebook food. All of these things are good. All right. And the thing that we shouldn't be cooperating in shouldn't all right is what sin. Okay. And harming and transgression. This is we shouldn't be what? So there's no way we should what cooperate with anyone that is what doing sin. Shik all right. If person is on sh is person who is trying to what? Do bad stuff. You can't help them with that stuff. No. You can't help them with with it. Allah subhana wa ta'ala says cooperate with one another in goodness and righteousness. So we should what cooperate in what? In goodness and righteousness. And Allah said what? Do not cooperate in what? In sin and transgression. So sins and trans transgression. We shouldn't be what cooperating with that. And Allah said fear Allah should fear Allah for Allah is severe in what? In punishment. And Allah and the prophetam says the relationship of what? The believers to the believer. Okay. the believers to another believers that were like bricks, okay? Building bricks, okay, of building, okay? Strengthening what each other, okay? We know in the brick in the if you're building house, the bricks have to what? They have to what? Come together. If they're not together, guess what? The house will just crumble. Okay? So, that's how the believer should be. They should be what? They should be what? Strengthen each other. Okay? And also the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said what Muslim is the brother of Muslim. He shall not wrong him. He shall not you know hand him over to an oper to an oppressor. Whoever fulfills was the need of of his of his brother Allah will fulfill his will his needs. So you helping believer Allah subhana tala what also what fulfill your need. Subhan Allah. Anybody has tried this you see that this is fact now. And whoever what relieves Muslim of burden, Allah will relieve him of burden from what? The burdens of what? The day of judgment. Subhan Allah. Which is greater. Okay. Which is what? Greater. The person was in need that day. We in need of what? For our burden to be what? You know removed. So inshallah if you want that to be done, you have to be helping what? Muslim you know fulfill take away what they are burdening. And whoever covers what the faults of Muslim, Allah will what cover his faults on the day of judgment again. So we seen that if you Muslim brother you know you know done some bad things should what cover it and try to advance them. Okay cover their sins and should not what expose their sins.
