hi my name is akiva goldman i'm an attorney goldman and associates and we today want to deal with the question of what our father's rights if the mom is keeping the child away from the father and have to tell you we see this lot in many many cases there is concerted effort by the mother to marginalize the father once the relationship ends and the mother has moved on on her way sometimes you'll see in situations that are toxic in nature that the mother might try to belittle the role of the father to make him out to be nobody in the eyes of the child well in that scenario it's very important for the fathers to make sure that that doesn't happen you don't want to be marginalized you don't want the mother to create an environment where you are belittled in the eye of the child because if you let that happen before you know it some clown is going to be masquerading as you taking care of your child having your child call him dad when he's not the dad and lord knows what'll happen years down the road that same clown will be walking your kid down the aisle instead of you you do not want that to happen and because you do not want that to happen you have to be strong in asserting your father's rights now this could happen to anybody it could always be situation where somebody will come up and try to exploit the fact that she's the mom and you're the dad and you weren't married so therefore you have no rights don't let that happen if you're in that scenario reach out to us and we'll be glad to help you out if you have found this helpful please like and share
