so creating this for the new year but hopefully it's something you can use pretty much any day start the start the day with clean slate for us at least as clean as possible so go ahead and take full responsibility for your own well-being choose to wipe the slate clean and choose to love and accept myself choose to wipe the slate clean and choose to love and honor myself choose to wipe the slate clean choose to clear as much as possible so that have the freedom to be my best to do my best and to allow the best into my life so choose to wipe the slate clean and choose to deeply and completely love honor and accept myself and maybe anyone else involved choose to wipe the slate clean starting with clean slate at least as clean as possible there may be things in the outside world that need to clean up but it really starts inside what am hanging on to that no longer need what upsets am still clinging to what thoughts am still holding on to that no longer served me it's like keeping notes up on whiteboard that have no use for anymore and maybe part of me says put lot of time and energy into writing that stuff on there and now you just want me to wipe it all off yeah pretty much if it's not benefiting me it's just taking up space and choose to make the best use of that space so I'm wiping the slate clean and just like on whiteboard sometimes it doesn't all come off the first time and have to do some extra cleaning and that's what I'm doing because choose to start fresh at least as fresh as possible can wipe lot more off of there than thought could I'm letting go of what no longer serves me letting go of those thoughts and ideas that no longer benefit me allowing myself to heal pain that don't need I'm wiping the slate clean setting myself free for better and better things and allowing myself to love myself in the process in body mind and spirit take deep breath lather rinse repeat as necessary set yourself free you deserve better you can have better and start as fresh as possible thanks for doing so
