hello everyone you're watching let's zoom it and the fifth episode of under the microscope the mission in this episode we're going to take look at coleus leaf will try to get us through the zoom in of the leaf quite quickly will fast forwarding little here like this kind of plant because it's it feels like it's very easy to grow anyone can practically do it just take off little piece of the plant and put in water for some days then it will get the roots and then just put it in the soil and make sure it has water then it will grow by itself now we have already reached the maximum zoom of this microscope so will use will try to use some of the digital zoom also not much here we go up to four times digital zoom but we will soon change to the compound microscope instead but before we change to the other microscope we take quick look at the back side of the leaves also at this side we can clearly see the veins on the leaves here when zoom in we can see something that looks like small lights we go two times digital soon the lights go much clearer clearer try four times digital zoom go think six times digital zoom and here think we actually got about eight times digital zoom so here we have bit sharper image think we can agree about that focus through the whole area go higher magnification and see there's so-called lights the small green pieces don't know what they are but sure look interesting look almost like small flowers finally will just focus over this vein and will try to focus stack this piece of video of it has 400 frames stacked in helicon focus 7 to get the final result like this quickly edit it in and remove the vignette in the corners so thank you so much for watching this little video about this leaf hope you liked it then just hit the thumb up button and hope you already subscribed to my channel if you didn't already do then press subscribe now before it's too late see you in another video bye
