Actually, I'm focusing on my hair and my workouts. I've been trying lot of legree studios. I've been trying Matt Pilates studio. I've been also trying body weight studios also in Sah the past couple of weeks. I've been going to Lree once week and I've been going to this new studio called line where you can put headphones in the queueing or the queue of the workouts tune through the headphones and you can listen to music at the same time and really love the experience. It's added to my schedule. So back to my hair basically everyday hair solution that always tell you about it guys. I've been using it on the daily basis. Every morning, every night, and then use the red light therapy for 20 minutes, every Saturday, and every Wednesday, oil my hair oil from Lei. This is the result. As have mentioned before that I've been changing my schedule because feel like my body got used to like Gree. I'm trying to add something like body weight. I've been adding Shua cardio. want to see the results. want to see my defined abs. My upper abs are there. My lower abs, but need it to be more defined. need the lines again. used to have two lines. And actually, water is helping me lot. I'm not on calorie deficit whatsoever. just eat and burn, eat and burn. By the way, in terms of like my eating my meals and stuff like that, don't measure it. don't measure it. Calories. just don't feel like I'm going to get tired and very exhausted. want to try it because feel like it's not me at all. But feel like whatever I'm doing for the past six years is really good.
