NEW 30 Amazon Office Finds home office organization work from home office office accessories

welcome we have an office Amazon video for you that is going to help you organize your desk stay more productive throughout the day and have just some fun gadgets that are going to help you stay productive stay organized and get things done if you have been here for while you may remember this past summer went through and redid my entire home office turning into home office and guest bedroom it was so much fun I'll link it up in one of these cards if you want to go back and rewatch that but I've had some time to try it out get some new finds and feel like have just put together the most perfect office musthave list from Amazon so as always if you want to shop any of the finds from today's video everything will be in the description numbered match the number on the screen as we go through so without further Ado let's get right into number one number one we're going to start off with the one find that really shaped my entire work from home routine that would be my standing desk cannot recommend this enough if you work from home and or you just work in general and you're able to pick out what desk you use standing desk has been such game changer when it comes to productivity for me but also just like staying moving throughout the day and and staying active and not sitting all day long this allows the opportunity for many different positions while you're working you can sit you can raise it up to stand and stretch for little while if you want to go above and beyond you can always pair it with an under the desk treadmill just to be able to get some steps in that's one of my favorite ways to use this but like this because you're able to customize so if you want to sit straight for some of the day do that raise it up little bit if you want to be more cozy and hunched over you can do that as well this offers so much Flex flexibility when it comes to your working position this desk specifically will obviously link the exact one down below for you but it does include drawer with tons of storage you can charge your devices on this desk and once you figure out your perfect height you can preset it so it'll just be good to go click one button you don't have to go and hold it down every time you want to raise or lower the desk you can just preset it this is great also if you're sharing this desk with different people who might have different height preferences you can just go through and pre set all of your Heights and get super specific with it because there are no minimum height like Rising increments so you can get really specific with the height that you want number two when it comes to organizing love labels labels are such great way to organize everything so you want to make sure you have label printer and you don't need big one little one will do just fine and it's actually my preference when it comes to labeling documents notebooks binders bins labels use this all over the house but more specifically in the office it's just great way to organize files and have everything just look really put together especially if you have other people maybe working around your office or working in your home office having things labeled helps from having people ask you where things are it just makes it easier and way more organized you can use this all throughout your home though guest bedroom kitchen guest bathroom bathrooms anywhere you think use little bit of organization label maker is going to be the way to go cord organization is not one-size fits-all and there are so many great options on Amazon so one of the options want to share is this stackable organizer for your cords this has builtin dividers but you can remove them if you want to if you're storing cord or charger that might be little bit larger you do not have to use the dividers in there prefer this one though if you plan on storing this outside or like where you can see it because it looks really nice it's got nice rib texture and nice metal pop so you can definitely leave this on shelf and is not ey sore you also have the customization to either use all three bins or just one of the bins or two of the bins depending on how many cords you plan on storing when you're organizing your cords and storing them cannot recommend enough reusable zip ties these are silicone so they're just going to keep the cords together so they don't unravel when you put them in drawer or put them into an organizer they're going to stay together and they're going to look nice they look much nicer when you put them into these wraps they're two different sizes so use the smaller one for your smaller phone cords and your larger ones for say like your laptop charger number five is going to be something and want to share tip first because this definitely ties into lot of the finds we're going to talk about today and that is to make sure that your desk top is functional minimal but everything that is on it is serving purpose on there and the way to do that is to make things multi-functional and multi-purpose when you are picking these things out this is my desk mat and it is not just desk mat it serves so many other purposes one of those being you can hide notes underneath the mat so it'll make your desk look more clean you won't have paper all over your desk and make it look cluttered you can store them under clearing your mind little bit while you're trying to get work done it also has spot for pens pencils so they won't roll around on your desk all over the place this also doubles as mouse pad so you can use your mouse at your computer easily you don't have to have separate mouse pad and my favorite part of this desk mat is it has magnetic cord holder so you can have your cord easily accessible on your desk and you don't have to fish for it if it falls off your desk it will just hold it directly in place this mat is really good quality as well it does not stain if you need to clean it just wipe it down with any all-purpose cleaner is really luxurious and high-end feeling and it's just anchors everything you have on your desk film lot but if you are photographer and you have lot of SD cards cannot recommend enough having SD card case this one's my favorite you can store six SD cards or 12 micro SD cards love this for traveling it keeps them all together because definitely lose SD cards and that is the worst feeling ever one because they cost lot of money and two if you've got footage on there you need you're out of luck number seven is such classic we all know sticky notes but sometimes you just can't write straight that's me my whenever write I'm like right lopsided and it just looks so messy this is pack of sticky notes that is lined you have graph option and they're not just your basic white sticky notes or yellow sticky notes they've got little bit of more natural look to them with brown and guess cream don't think it's white it's cream they just look really nice you get an entire pack but love these they make my notes look so much more organized when have them just all over my desk and over my iMac told you we're going to talk lot about cords we're going to talk lot about Chargers because that is the number one thing find to be the most difficult thing when organizing the desk and if you've been here since this last summer when redid the whole office you might know I've been struggling to organize the cords underneath the desk I've just had them all under there and it looks like mess this is cord box you can use this though anywhere where you have cords just hanging out you need to use them but you just see them it's hard to kind of conceal those cords just place the cords in there you can still use them they have little slots on the Sid so the cords will run through it it's got lid it just looks like nice box and this just happened to match the legs of my desk and know I'm going to get questions about the legs I'll link them down below they are not on Amazon they are little bit pricey they just Elevate the desk little bit but and I'll link them down below and it matches this cable box number nine leather bins for inside of your drawers have been big fan of acrylic drawer organization bins for long time love them for the junk drawer and more of those like casual places but for the places want to feel little bit more elevated have something little bit nicer quality discovered these leather ones that come in whole range of colors whole different range of metals so you can get gold rose gold silver they fit the desk perfectly if you're getting the exact standing desk that have it will fit three of these bins and you'll have little bit of extra space for any miscellaneous items but having bins in the drawers just helps to keep things organized especially with the drawer when you're opening and closing it even if you have everything all organized when you close it and you open it everything's going to move around the bins help to create designated spaces for all of your gadgets number 10 is one that get so many questions on if you watch any of my YouTube shorts you're going to know exactly what I'm talking about about and that is the phone toaster it's phone sanitizer so it will clean your phone in about 30 seconds like to use this next to my kitchen sink but also have one at my desk put it at the kitchen sink because while wash my hands I'll throw my phone into the toaster and by the time I'm done washing my hands my phone will be clean this does fit most phone cases but if you have like bulky like otter box case you're going to have to take your phone out it's fit all of my phone cases but my husband has like of the thick ones it doesn't fit that one so just be mindful of that love this though it's so easy to use it looks really cool and it is probably the number one comment get across the board is like what the heck is that phone toaster it's really cool it's sometimes available on Amazon but I'm going to go ahead and also link something or link the one from Target cuz it is available at Target I'll link both one may work one might not work I'll do them anyway number 11 is so simple this is neutral pack of sharpies just discovered them thought they're cool wanted to tell you about them it's just got whole range of like brown beige tan Sharpies super aesthetic really cool you get an entire pack and we all need Sharpies so told you we're going to really work on the desktop keep everything organized keep it minimal and this is one of those gadgets that is really really helpful if you take notes lot you use calculator and you need additional storage this is glass don't even know what to call it it's just put it behind my keyboard so can still easily type on my keyboard but this allows you to use it as whiteboard it's got whiteboard whiteboard marker an eraser you can make quick notes and it has an easy access calculator as well as the back bar is actually stand for your iPad or for your phone so you can prop it up and see the device that you want to use this also has storage on the inside so you can conceal more mystery trinkets that you might have at your desk so if you have work from home setup or you work on the go sometimes you're going to need to bring your work equipment with you so want to make sure you have really nice set that is going to be able to just easily be thrown into your tote bag it has laptop case spot for your cord spot for your notebooks or your legal pads or whatever you're bringing with you this leather set comes with every organizer you could possibly need it feels really luxurious and really nice quality it's going to last you for years and years and it allows you to easily be able to pack up your office and bring it with you if you want to go get work done at coffee shop or get work done at the office it allows you to travel everything you need and really put together way it wouldn't be video if didn't include some sort of Safety and Security Gadget if you are new around here always tell you guys like yes the fun gadgets are cool and the findes are cool but the safety things are the most important and want to make sure that there are there's everything there's find and safety find for everything nowadays and one thing you might not be thinking about about is your webcam this is webcam cover so it's just little sticker put it on if you need to access your camera for meeting Slide the cover over it will show your camera and then when you're not using it slide it back over I've seen so many stories of people hacking people's cameras absolutely terrifying and this just helps to add privacy and security add this on all of your cameras we have them even put them on my iPads the phone is little too hard to put it on but you totally could but like cameras anywhere make sure they're covered when you're not using them love my airpod Maxes feel like you either love them or you hate them personally love them use them every day think they're absolutely wonderful they're comfortable really great quality sound but that is not defined if you use them though recommend having stand for them if you just have them laying around your desk it looks kind of messy this is stand you can just put them on it also clears up some of the desk Space by not having them just laying down they take up lot of space so this just helps to utilize some of that vertical storage we love vertical storage this one's great and it just makes it look little bit nicer the next find is also for your airpod Maxes and these are silicone covers so if you wear your airpod Maxes to work out they're getting sweaty they just get dirty over time these silicone covers help cover the headband part as well as the ears exterior and interior so it will help protect them from scratches if you're traveling with them lot but also you can just use use rubbing alcohol wipe to just give them quick wipe down especially if you work out with them you want to make sure you're cleaning them and keeping them protected and this cover comes in so many different color options as well so you can customize your airpod Maxes number 17 18 and 19 all go together love classic pen and paper like writing things like making notes just prefer it if need to remember something I've got to physically write it down so these next three finds have been something that is very new to me one of those being I've been loving making like cookbooks like just binder full of things whether that's inspiration printing out Pinterest photos just really like it so one of those is single hole punch this is just small little find you sometimes need it not all the time but it's good thing to have in your home office also being three-hole punch which leads me to the next find three-hole punch this one's great it doesn't take up ton of space but if you're using binders lot you're going to you're going to want them and then the next find is binder and it is not your just traditional white boring binder this is brown binder it's more of dark beige think it just looks so beautiful so nice and you can use the label maker we talked about earlier to label the outside of the binder prefer this think it looks really nice and I've been really trying to get into like binders little bit more and having physical print out enjoy it number 20 you're limited on space and you want to start the binder thing just like me for either your taxes book keeping printing out writing things inspiration whatever you want to keep in your binders get yourself printer and I'm not going to tell you about just regular printer I'm going to tell you about my favorite thermal inkless printer if you're limited on Space you don't always use printer you don't want to have to dedicate spot to giant printer this one is like fourth of the size of regular Prin printer as well as you don't have to purchase ink for it it uses thermal printing inkless technology so you don't have to worry about buying ink ink is so expensive the only thing you have to purchase for it is the paper rolls which compared to the price of ink it's fraction of the price but this is really nice you're not going to have to worry about storage you just connect it to an app Bluetooth prints out everything you want just keep in mind because it doesn't use ink you can't print in color but very rarely need to print color this just saves so much space and is so easy to use number 21 on my desk at all times is phone stand whether want to watch videos or film myself with it or take meetings phone stand is just great thing to have this one's my favorite because it will also hold an iPad found other phone stands don't always hold an iPad they'll like get off balance and tip over this one is sturdy you can adjust the angle of it and it doesn't look too bad on desk if you have an iMac you're going to understand the struggle of this but the iMac the way it's set up all of the ports and plugins are on the back so just go in blindly I've scraped the back of the iMac trying to plug things in it it's struggle this is device that you can put under your iMac so it kind of acts like an iMac stand little bit doesn't add too much height but just little bit and this allows you to have some ports and plugins so you have USBC USB an SD card reader Micro SD card reader All easily accessible on the bottom of the stand so you don't have to scrape the back of your iMac number 23 we've got another privacy thing but if you have any important letters or documents that you want to cover up the ink before you shred just to be extra cautious this is an ink roller stamp that you can use that has the words like confidential on it so that way if you need to throw something out you don't have to worry about somebody being able to read it this will basically completely cover the print and make it unreadable 24 we're talking about like function gadgets that you should keep at your desk and all that let's talk little bit of self-care at the desk because you want to be comfortable while you are working this wooden massager is really nice one it looks incredible love the look of it it looks very rich and luxurious but you can use this on your scalp if you get headaches look at screen all day and get like afternoon kind of headaches this feels so good to use on your scalp you can use it on the back of your hands while you're typing or if you type lot and your hands get sore this just easy just to roll out any part of your body that might be feeling little tight 25 it's classic but calculator just like writing like physical calculator just do the Clickety clocks love physical calculator this one is the most portable though because it's slim it's small and it's super lightweight if you need to work on the go couple of desk cleaning finds one of those being keyboard and screen cleaner this comes with so many different gadgets you can use this to clean your laptop screen or your phone screen with spray and the built-in microfiber cloth you can use this to clean your airpods you can use this to clean your keyboard it has keyboard key remover so you can get really in there and clean your keyboard as well as brush to dust away or brush away any dust this is compact it's easy to use and it does great job of keeping your DK clean this is always in my drawer for whenever feel like the desk just needs little tidy up some cleaning for for yourself personally like to keep hand sanitizer at my desk sometimes you're just in the middle of something you don't want to get distracted so like to keep hand sanitizer this one is my spray one really like it it doesn't take up lot of space as well as my hands get really really dry this is the only one that doesn't make my hands feel dry and disgusting so always keep it at my desk just to be able to freshen up and if you work on the go you can also get matching case which leaves me into the next find which is the case for the sprayable hand sanitizer it has clip on it so you can clip it on your purse or on your belt bag or wherever on your keychain and have your hand sanitizer with you at all times when talking about cords struggle personally with trying to find outlets and plugins but they always make the extension cords and everything really bulky that big long rectangle you can't put it under Furniture it's bulky this this is nice slim one that not only includes the three prong traditional Outlet option but it also has USBC as well as USB plugins as well so you can charge your phone charge my camera with that plug in this is great and it just uses one Outlet so you get two of these for the two traditional wall outlets and be able to plug in so many things this is Anchor if you're not familiar with them they're one of my favorite brands on Amazon for Chargers and whenever see new find from them I'm like immediately add to cart they solve all sorts of charging problems keeping your desk looking nice the last thing that is on my desk that want to talk about is tissue box cover this looks so nice again it matches the legs of my desk and just love when everything looks cohesive and matches but if you go to the grocery store and you just get whatever tissue box they have available sometimes they're not the nicest to look at so this just an easy fix to conceal something that might look little messy just like the hand sanitizer we talked about earlier get really dry hands and something that just helps me feel more put together while I'm working is having hydrated cuticles so always keep cuticle oil with me at my desk at all times this is the Loxy ton or Loxy tan brand love this brand for hand creams and sprays they are absolutely incredible remember my mom using them when was kid and it's just been staple in my home but this has little brush and some oil put it on your cuticles and massage it in it will make you look like you got manicure even if you need manicure 32 are for my people who get lot of alerts that their laptops or their desktops are out of storage or low storage get external hard drives it will help clear up space on your computer make it work faster make it go faster do everything on external hard drives these are my favorite because they have rubber exterior to it so when you travel with it they're little bit more protected but just love these use the label maker we talked about earlier label each of the external hard drives with what is on it so if you've family vacations on one or YouTube videos on another label them so you know what's on which external hard drive but always recommend these it will clear up your computer and make it run so much faster so those were some Amazon office finds hope you enjoyed it few things before you head out
