in five four three two one let's go good morning everybody and welcome to day number 10 of PA with unfortunately Joe can make it today so I've stepped in I'm spider-man I'm going to give you an amazing WordPad we are going to do ten exercises we're going to be doing slightly different seven because want to really push us think we're really fit now and think ready for the next level women under 35 seconds of exercise and 25 second reps so more exercise less rest which means we're going to get even fitter and stronger and faster and healthier and stronger and happier are you ready for the first exercise for the warmup let's go I'm letting the side touching their toes left to right left to right we've got three minute warm-up and then we're going to go our first exercise so left or right touching those toes I've already seen some amazing amazing dresses outfits I've seen princesses I've some superheroes I've some pirates I've seen parents dressed up as that funny man with curly hair the body folks that Joe looks glow with bit they've been drawing on big being really silly oceans and bunnies next one kicks Spidey kicks it's great to be here flew in today came down on my spider web and landed hearing Joe Victor's living room so thank you so much everywhere that's joined in this week this is our 10th wipeout together and we've had 28 million people view the workouts in that one that's the toy airplane the last one is one of our favorite he has purple prickles all over his back he's The Gruffalo one of his favorite story we've got wooden plane The Gruffalo and folks with Indian my little sweetheart let's have few more showers and then we'll say goodbye in massive thanks to everyone because am back it might be used to holidays it might be stored turn off somewhere in the world but I'm not going to have day off I'm seeing you Monday morning again to another workout and I'm very much looking for it so Nikki where are we in the world happy birthday to Conner eleven years old today and listen one more want to put through the homework offset of the weekend and one final happy birthday to everybody who's having birthday today and thank you for joining on your birthday so the homework is new piece of homework want you to write poem or letter explaining and describing how you feel after you've done workout yes so you can talk about you can be little poem it could be really sure it could be paragraph of writing to yourself it could be to anyone in the world it's just about explaining how you feel after you exercise so I'd love to hear your
